Had them come out to replace a water heater. Work was done same day. Quick and friendly service from John and James. Cannot recommend them enough!

Had some work done today after a couple other contractors/handymen kept flaking out, John Rand’s team did not flake. They communicated clearly both their arrival time and any ETA changes as well as the work they were going to do and what they recommended not doing. The team was courteous, professional and friendly and the quality of their work is top-notch! That, combined with the fair pricing and costs, I’m very happy with the effort they put in and the finished projects. I’ll definitely be using these guys again in the future!

Chris and Mike came into our shop to address some issues we were having with our light fixtures. They were professional, quick, and very thorough. Highly recommend.

Chris & Kyle showed up to fix a garbage disposal and replace a glas pane in my front door and a broken window on my back porch. The garbage disposal was an easy fiiz. They did a great job,job on the broken pane & window,communicated with me consistently on when they would arrive and how they were fixing the issues. They were personable, courteous and professional. The charge was reasonable and I will definitely be using John Rand Handyman services again!
