Great communication, pricing and overall service. We had some tiles get torn off with some of the recent monsoons. Mike came out did a great no pressure evaluation of our roof, Julie and team kept folks on schedule and the team came out and executed the fixes in less than hour. East Valley is really lucky to have access to the Johnson Roofing team and would recommend them to any friend, family or neighbor!

He was incredibly professional, assessed the damage, and quickly fixed the tiles with brand new ones. He even checked the rest of the roof for any other potential issues. Estimate is clearly listed with items, warranty, materials used and prices. Vanessa from office is friendly and updated. The crews work fast, punctual and clean up very good. I recently used Johnson Roofing and had such a great experience. Mike Smyth was the rep who came out to my house. He was so thorough in explaining the issues the home builder didn't do properly including some maintenance related areas that needed repaired. His thorough documentation helped me go back to the builder and provide enough evidence that convinced them to make some of the repairs under warranty. Even when I called their office with questions, their staff were all so professional and a high quality of customer service. Use this company for your roofing needs!

Another great experience with Johnson Roofing. Wind didn’t seem to be that bad but caught the edge tiles just right. Called and they were on sight within a day and fixed a couple days later. Answer questions and don’t push an up sell you don’t need. They call, show up when they say, return phone calls and get the job done. Great communication. No question any future roof problems and they will be the first to call.
