Chris did my house inspection today. He has an incredible eye for detail. The builder had done a good job overall, but there were still critical details that Chris found and brought to my attention. I can't thank him enough for his keen eye, professionalism, and his knowledge on home building standards. He is very knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient. The inspection summary I received was detail oriented with pics and gave really good insight on the home. Reasonable price. Chris performed the inspection for prospective residence. I can't vouch for a better inspector than Chris. He was very thorough in every aspect of the home and even taught us a thing or two as he walked us through his inspection findings. He made sure to educate us on minor vs. major repairs to be done.
