Absolutely terrible experience with this company. One of their drivers first blocked my neighbor’s driveway, and when asked to move, he pulled forward and completely blocked mine. When I stepped outside and politely said, "Hey, I come and go often, could you please not block my driveway?" he immediately became combative, rude, and aggressive. There were plenty of open spots he could have used that did not block anyone in. I told him that it was illegal to block a driveway and he yelled at me and called me a "Karen." I understand what being a "Karen" means, and this situation was nowhere close. I calmly asked him to follow the law and not obstruct private driveways. The tech said if I didn’t like it, I should "take it up with the company." But also told me that his truck was a rental — I’m not sure if that was his attempt at not being associated with the company? So I did exactly that. I called the office to file a formal complaint. The woman who answered seemed uninterested and immediately said her boss was calling—and the call abruptly ended. When I called back, it seemed the boss had already been speaking with the driver regarding the situation. To me, this makes it clear they were more focused on hearing their employee’s side than listening to a homeowner with legitimate concerns. The willingness to "meet in the middle" without even hearing my full account suggests they may excuse or minimize this behavior. Given the employee’s hostility and the dismissive attitude from customer service, it is clear this company does not prioritize professionalism, accountability, or respect for the community. No customer or homeowner should be treated this way, especially for asking someone not to illegally block their driveway. They have no idea who needs access in or out or whether an emergency could arise. I have submitted photos and videos of the incident directly to management and am currently waiting for a call back from the owner. I may update this review based on that conversation, but as of now, I am extremely unhappy with how this company handles situations like this. Update: I spoke with the owner, who apologized but offered several concerning defenses of the employee’s behavior. He repeatedly questioned the parking situation on my street and said, "in his defense, he had already been asked to move once," which made no sense—being asked to move for blocking one driveway doesn’t justify pulling forward and blocking another. His continued focus on street parking felt like an attempt to excuse the technician’s actions rather than acknowledge how inappropriate and unacceptable the behavior truly was. Please do NOT use this company if this is how they treat people.

A Guy by the name John came to wire the Water Softener to the house Appointment was from 15:00 -16:00pm He arrived at the house on time at 03:00pm with friendly great attitude and professionalism Within 20 min He had the Job done Thanks !

My review concerns the employee I interacted with. Unfortunately, he was quite rude and came across as very unhappy in his role. It made the experience uncomfortable and disappointing.

Outstanding service! I called Ken with an electrical issue and he was able to talk me through fixing it over the phone, saved me hundreds of dollars on a house call. Will be a customer for as long as we live in the area!

We have had great experiences with Mr. Overstreet and his company. He is very accessible and returns phone calls promptly. Their work is excellent, timely completed, reasonably priced, and guaranteed. Ken is friendly, trustworthy, professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. He has a unique ability to calmly and clearly explain electrical problems and then executed solutions. He has performed quality electrical work at our home twice this year, once after a major disaster. He has also assisted us with providing accurate information to our insurance company during our claims process, and helped us successfully deal with other restoration contractors and city inspectors. Ken was incredibly helpful with an issue we were having with our water heater. The issue was complicated for me, but simple for him. He helped me over the phone when he could have easily made a service call. He is my guy going forward. Highly recommend him!!!

I had this company wire my pool/install new outlet. I was having a really hard time finding an electrician who wasn’t booked out until June. I called and someone was sent out within a half hour to take a look at my yard and assess what I needed done, they scheduled me the next day for the work, the crew that came out was punctual, hardworking and very friendly. Thank you guys for making what was originally stressful for me, ended up being a stress free great experience and now I can enjoy my pool on these hot days!!! Would highly recommend these guys!
