I had the pleasure of working with David from Kaizen Plumbing, and I couldn’t be happier with the service he provided. He helped me replace a leaking water heater tank and went the extra mile to install a smart water shut-off valve as well. From start to finish, David was transparent, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to walk me through every step of the process, ensuring I understood what was being done and why. Unlike many other plumbers who just throw an overall price at you, David was upfront about every cost—materials, labor, everything—so there were no surprises. Having called multiple plumbers before choosing Kaizen, I can confidently say their pricing is very reasonable and they stand by their quotes. Beyond his technical skills, David was an absolute pleasure to be around. Always smiling, always helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was done right. Even when we faced a challenge connecting the smart shut-off valve to the internet (something outside his scope), he stayed with me, offering support where he could. That level of dedication speaks volumes about his character. Everything was installed cleanly and professionally, and I’ve attached photos to showcase the quality of his work. Kajik Zaghian arrived promptly and was ready to troubleshoot my issue. He was able to quickly determine my issue and then crawled into a horribly tight crawlspace. Then he left for about an hour, purchased the required parts, put it together properly and installed it very quickly. Also took the time to verify everything went well and gave me all the support I needed. If I have issues in the future I will absolutely reach out to Kaizen again!!!

Kajik is very easy to communicate with, professional, always responsive. He showed up no matter how late or how early when my kitchen pipes had issues. Highly recommend!

Kaizen Plumbing Review After receiving notification of a water leak on our property, my husband set out to get three estimates. Kaisen Plumbing was the first to respond and provided the lowest estimate. They began work four days later and completed everything by that evening. We were impressed with the saw cut on our driveway done by Mohammad Ranjbaran which was quite clean and precise. They installed new Pex pipe and also managed to expose our water shutoff valve for our irrigation which Kajik Zaghian had notified us, had been buried under the concrete. We also appreciate laborer Elias Pezez and the men for all the labor intensive digging that had to be done. Overall a very hard-working and focused team and we were quite impressed with the quality of their work. My husband was interested in having our shutoff valve relocated to inside the house rather than out in the driveway. Upon notifying Kaizen Plumbing of the issue, Kajik said they’d be back out to take a look at it in a couple days. Not long after, receptionist Suzie also very pleasant, notified my husband they’d be able to send someone out that same day. Mohammed and Elias came back out and reconnected our irrigation from inside the house. They worked an additional 3 hours to complete this work and Kaizen Plumbing included it in the original bid, adding no additional charge. I am so appreciative of the work done by Kaisen after my grandson flushed a dog ball down the toilet. They came back a second day,after I bought a new toilet, and finished the job for the same price. I will be paying higher attention to my grandson during his potty training.

Plumber came to do an estimate of the work required to fix my under the sink water filter system. They didn't find any clear issue and recommended replacing the whole unit. However, as they investigated the problem, they removed the hose that goes into the system and reinserted it, and the unit is now leaking from that place - when it was not leaking before their visit. So unfortunately they actually damaged it in the process.
