Kaw Valley Heating and Cooling

We paid up front….Leaving a 2 only because the system seems to be doing its job however the air duct work was not ever finished and wasn’t done correctly. Boss came out twice and looked and wasn’t happy but no one ever got back with me. One section for return was missing an end cap. Gaps in duct work and no tape in many spots. Return wasn’t close to air return on center wall. We notice this when trying to bracing our floor joist under our combo washer. We wanted heat and cool our nook and after having to tear up the floor to do foundation repair we notice that the hole and air duct was only heating and cooling between two beams and not under the crawl space. So what do you do? Fix yourself, I guess… save your money and call someone who doesn’t want paid upfront for work never done right.

My furnace was 3 years past due to be replaced, and I was interested in a heat pump. Kaw Valley proved they knew their stuff in regards to the newest cold-climate-rated heat pumps, far above and beyond other HVAC companies around here. They worked with me to find a perfect solution, provided all information I requested to make sure this unit would be what I wanted, and were wonderful to work with through it all. The installation was prompt and the employees were great to have around. They made sure everything looked right with multiple walk-arounds with me, and described the tech in an easy-to-understand manner. Specifically, we worked with David Lemon for the initial consult. His knowledge on heat pumps was so refreshing to hear. With installation, Michael, Scott, and Bruce did an amazing job. They were available any time we had questions, and always checked if the placement of things was okay with us first. We couldn't be happier with our purchase. We really appreciated being able to talk with a company that really knows their stuff. Huge recommend to anyone needing HVAC service.

Michael and Scott did a wonderful job with the installation. We would definitely hire them again and recommend them to our friends and family. Very affordable, and they were very patient with our three dogs. Great job guys!!

Had an inducer go out on our heater as temps were dropping through the weekend. Called and Kaw Valley got us an after hours appt. same evening. Andrew provided great service, located the part back at the shop, and got us up and running quickly. We really appreciate the quick service provided by Andrew and the rest of the Kaw Velley team!

Phil and Aydon were very thorough and professional and like-able, they worked so hard and did an excellent job. I will highly recommend this company to my neighbors and friends, I already recommended them to my next door neighbor. It is a added feature with this company that they use a camera to record the duct before cleaning, then again after the cleaning so the customer can actually buy a flash drive for a minimal amount and review the change and it IS PROOF of the difference.

This company is amazing!! Fast and friendly service, no upselling! They do what needs doing, they do ask if you have have questions, but never push or try to get you to buy something that you don’t want/need which is so much appreciated!
