I bought a property that has recently had its roof done, and which came with a 10 yr warranty. A few months later, I had a tiny leak around the skylight. It was a very small leak, but over time damaged the skylight well and the paint at the corner peeled up. I called Keeping You Dry because their license holder on the permit gave me the number. It took a week, and they sent a crew over to look at the problem. They looked and looked, and discovered one small rusted nail under the skylight flashing. They painstakingly removed the skylight and redid all the shingles around and under it, then put it all back. The attention to detail and effort these guys put in was more than I expected. I will definitely call these guys for a roof! It's one thing to do a good job, but followup repair work is where most tradesmen fall down, this was exceptional in every way! Thank you so much!

Mike was awesome to work with to replace our roof! He came out for a free estimate and walked us through all of the options and pricing. He was very patient with us wanting to schedule our job out a few extra weeks. The crews did a great job- the craftsmanship is high quality and they cleaned up very well after the job. We even had a heavy rainstorm during removal of our old roof and the crew did an excellent job laying tarps before the bad weather hit. Would highly recommend!

From start to finish, a great experience. I contacted Keeping You Dry Roofing through their website requesting a quote and got on their schedule right away. Mike was on time, very thorough and professional during the initial inspection, and quote, leaving no question unanswered. Mike kept me posted ahead of time on what to expect, and when to expect it. The dumpster was dropped off on a Monday morning, as Mike told me, and by end of the next day I had a new roof, and the crew cleaned every bit of trash from my property. All permits were pulled, inspections done and signed off, Mike was on property several times checking on the progress. Mike also made a follow-up visit to ensure I was a happy customer.
