We have worked with Kidd Plumbing a few times for different problems in our old house. They are able to come out to your house right away, they are trust worthy is assessing the problem and offer competitive pricing. They've never had to make the same repair twice so I also trust their skill. I have been very happy with their service.

Updating the post to reflect that the owner and I worked it out; he will get another call from us should we have issues. It was a misunderstanding. All is good; we agreed to split the difference on the second hour. Was told it was going to be $125/hour; plumber was at our house for about 45 minutes, maybe an hour and that's being gracious, got a bill for two full hours. They showed up 20 - 30 minutes late. When I challenged the $233 they said that's what it is and the clock starts when he (plumber) calls me on his way; we never received a call (we checked our phone logs). The work they did was great; the billing was at best deceitful. If you hire them, document when they call, when they leave. They said the owner would contact me to resolve. Will update when that happens.

I do not recommend. Took them a week to install 3 toilets. One was delayed a week so they could raise the flange, and that meant going under the house and took 2 people. All fine with me, right thing to do. Got 2 invoices, first one for install of 3 toilets, but they had only done 2. Next invoice was for the under-house work, plus installing 1 toilet. So to net it out, I was billed for installation of 4 toilets, I only have 3 bathrooms. Called to get it fixed, they said they could change the invoices so the number of toilets equaled 3, but price would not be reduced. Used them 3 times in the last year, but no more. They were recommended by a friend, I will tell them and anyone else that asks.

I had a plumbing emergency and Kidd plumbing was able to come to my home same day even though they were booked up! Larry my plumber was an absolute plumbing expert. He is a total master of his craft. Customer for life!!! Highly recommend!
