PET LOVERS - Do not hire them. They send kids to rip up your basement floors. They goof around! They tear down any plastic wrap you have to protect your belongings. They have NO respect! I have photos to prove it and our neighbor has a video to prove them goofy off. I'm sick to my stomach this company is awful!! They should be ashamed. Disrespectful company no care whatsoever. Big job replacing old pipes. Lakeview is a disgrace. They will leave your basement doors open they will leaves al your lights on. I came home basement door open!!! They took down my tarp. Please please go else where.

I own a pizzeria, had an exhaust fan issue and wanted my furnace units checked while up on the roof. I was told maybe today but definitely tomorrow. Made my heart happy because we were done being super hot (90+ degrees in our cooler parts of the store), and another company I called told me two to three weeks to come out. They were out within an hour half of contacting them. Bob was so meticulous in repairs and going over each unit even in the super hottest part of day. John joined in and helped as well. Both were super knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and answered any additional questions for future maintenance requirements. Fully and highly recommend!

Had a new A/c unit installed and a humidifier… guess when he was working on humidifier putting in new piece pipe that had to drain hot water tank when turned it on he gonna say I had a leak , that’s it’s 11 yrs old his attitude needs work .. and then they didn’t even try to fix the leak coming from 2 areas ! Water sitting on my tiles floor ! Thankful I had someone to call that got here in 20 minutes hooked up a hose to floor drain ( that is some lake view crew should have done!) ( when called the office the lady said someone will get back to you in am , it’s day 2 ) I have someone else installing a new water heater…. They never explained the new humidifier either or had me do a look over at new unit … years ago the crew was good this batch needs to learn a thing or more helping there paying customers!

Lakeview mechanical has done work for me for over 10 years at my place. I have done other previous reviews and attached lots of photos but my latest is a front water hydrant I desperately needed to have done. Chad Martin did an incredible job with a high quality water hydrant. the hydrant itself is a proflow frost-free antisiphon with a solid steel gang valve handle No Junk plastic. Chad properly applied the adhesive caulk to the flange and then secured it with the two screws properly it is Rock Solid marketwise. Carol in the front office is the best. in the basement he did a real nice job installing the shut off. later on in the summer he will come out and install another wall hydrant for another location on the house. I attached a photo of the hydrant installed outside of the house and a before and after of the photo in the basement of the shut-off area.

I use their service.It's been a year as of october.They left my backyard a mess, yes, they send kids to do the job.They messed my yard up, see if they was coming back to cleanup the mess, got my money and left my yard. The way it is a big mess. Do not hire them. They are not good or professional now. I have to find somebody to fix my yard that I'm misleading and our big liars. Do not not hire them

Have found Lakeview mechanical to be reliable and responsive when I've needed work done. They got the job done quickly and satisfactorily at a reasonable price. Special thanks to Joe who just made everything easier for me and made sure it was all done as quickly as possible.

Received a bill from Lakeview Mechanical for $289 to replace a wax ring around my toliet. Took the workers 10 minutes to do. I called, was told they charge $225 an hour and said they charge for an hour of labor even if it takes them far less than an hour. Go with another company that doesn’t rip you off.
