Absolute waste of time. The free estimate is to up sale you over priced service and openers. I told them I had the opener and just needed it installed. The guy came out and wanted me to buy a whole new opener for $800. The techs either didn’t communicate with the service guy, or they just didn’t care I already had a brand new opener in the box and just needed an install. They wanted $400 for that! Overpriced and a waste of time. If you want good service and reasonable prices- use Alex garage door services.
