Liftech Concrete Leveling & Foundation Repair

Michael came out to give an estimate and was very professional, knowledgeable, and full of local insight—and also happened to quote the best price. Pleasure working with Lisa for scheduling too. Update: Hired Liftech to install 8 wall braces and an egress. both jobs were completed to my satisfaction. Micah was a very attentive and professional project manager throughout.

Revised: The repair tech arrived and got right to work. He did a great job leveling the patio and a good job on the front step. The lift tech and finisher are scheduled separately, which was explained later on during a phone conversation with the manager who called to address some concerns. The sealer tech had rescheduled claiming weather, but yet it was 70's and sunny the entire week. After speaking with the manager he explained the reasoning behind the separate scheduling, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, much of the sealant started bubbling severely in many places only days after install (photo reflects one area but similar in multiple locations), and now it needs to be striped out and reapplied correctly (a potentially avoidable issue had the rescheduling not occurred and had they applied the sealer in two thin coats instead of one thick coat). This will now have to be done once the weather improves, in a few months, hopefully it does not cause other issues in the meantime. The manager was understanding and flexible in arraigning repairs in the coming months...

Liftech's technician, John V. was very good about explaining what he was doing and why and answering my questions. He took a great deal of care to ensure that the concrete slabs were matched up and the void completely filled while doing so very efficiently. Very obvious that he really knew what he was doing and cared. He meticulously cleaned everything up after he was finished. The whole process, starting with getting the estimate from Lou to the finished result provided by John was great and the cost was less than a national company quoted me.

Wow, what a change! Liftech was in here and within an hour had our porch lifted back to where it was supposed to be. Clean and easy. They did a great job. Their tech Pete was exceptional --- very knowledgable, professional and polite. Good stuff...would recommend without hesitation. Thanks again Liftech.

Excellent work! Quick and clear communication. Parker & Austin are professionals at what they do. They did exactly what we asked for in a timely fashion. Patio is even again and ready for me outdoor carpet, we now have an egress window in the basement and they repaired the crank in our foundation wall with a 25 year warranty! Lou was incredibly helpful getting us started with the project, walking us through each step and patiently answering the many questions we had. On the day of, Pete was highly skilled and amazing, too! We had such a great experience and would highly recommend Liftech to anyone needing foundation repairs.

Very happy with Liftech! Austin came out for our evaluation and estimate of repairs when we found a crack in our foundation. He was thorough in explaining the process and scope of work and was available for questions whenever we had them. Jon was the project manager on site and communicated throughout the process. They were great to work with and returned the site to the way it looked before the project, like nothing had happened. They took care of everything and made sure we had all the close out documentation we would need…permits, photos, warranty and engineering reports. We even took advantage of one of their several financing option which made things much easier. Highly recommend!
