I’m so glad I found Look Electric! They replaced the old electrical panel in my 30-year-old home and did an excellent job. The work was done thoroughly, professionally, and at a very reasonable price. It’s a small, family-run business, and you can tell they really care about their customers and the quality of their work. I’m very grateful for their expertise and dedication, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable electrical service. ✨

I was disappointed with the way Look Electric does business and the unprofessionalism of General Manager, Bo Bowman. Look Electric came out to my home and provided a quote to do 5 items on one quote. The job was completed by a seasoned electrician and a trainee. We were verbally told the job would take up to 3 days to complete and given a quote for the work with no time frame and a specific work scope and price for the 5 job items. The job was completed in 2 days (including the employees forgetting to bring some supplies and leaving the job site for several hours to get items needed). Three of those 5 items the scope of work was significantly less. The seasoned electrician on site stated after each of the 3 items that a reduction in cost would be reflected, as they did not need to do as much as they thought. He indicated he would reflect this in his completed work order. When the bill came in with the original quote price, Bo Bowman refused to discuss the less work performed. He was quick to indicate he "lost money on our job" as "this job was priced for 32 hours and was finished in 32.5". We tried to explain to Bo Bowman that we were told by his seasoned field tech the reduction would be reflected. Mr. Bowman became extremely aggressive, threatened to put a lien on my home and hung up on us. I never suggested I was not going to pay my bill. Had we understood that his field tech can suggest a reduction in price by doing less than the scope of work on the quote, we would have made sure that every thing on the quote was performed and completed as written. It is unfortunate that Look Electric can take advantage of residential customers.

They definitely need to train their drivers on how to use their turn signals when they're driving company vehicles and how to not just slam their brakes in the middle of the road and expect people to know that they're turning. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional when you're driving a vehicle with a company name on it.

Great experience with Look Electric! During the consultation, they gave me great ideas for how to achieve the lighting goals I had. The work was done quickly and with high quality. Everyone wore masks, even when I wasn’t present, which I appreciated. The price quoted was the price I paid. Very happy with my experience and would use again!

Alan and his team at Look Electric are consummate professionals. That's a simple descriptor that underlines every aspect of my time with Look Electric. They were clear, communicative, and responsive in all discourse - from start to finish. In particular, Alan took the time to thoroughly explain his reasoning and strategy during the initial inspection. Something I thoroughly appreciated when it came to understanding the scope of work and how it would be undertaken. This continued while the project was underway, and Alan and his team were as courteous in all our on-site interactions as they were on any phone calls or text messages. But I think one of the highest compliments I can pay is that I was so thoroughly impressed with the quality of the work they did. The team, Don and Levi, always arrived on time, and efficiently tackled every installation and change. After each day, I would walk through the rooms and turn the new light fixtures on and off just to marvel at the work they did and how it really, radically changed each space. It's not just that the end-result exceeded my expectations, but that the undertaking of the work itself was both thorough and surgical in precision. Although they were removing massive light fixtures, they were so careful and attentive that you would be hard-pressed to tell that those fixtures ever existed. That's a level of care beyond anything I could have hoped to expect, and I have Don and Levi's hard work and diligence to thank for that. From quote to final invoice, changes and prices were clearly communicated and very reasonable. Drop-off of the final payment in the office was really easy and straightforward. These are honest, hard-working, and diligent guys. That was readily apparent from the moment I met each and every member of the team. I honestly could not be happier with the work that was done, and was extremely eager to pay up once things were concluded - as small recompense for the speed and quality of the work done. You can rest assured that choosing Look Electric is choosing to work with a local company that will take good care of you, and takes care of their employees too. I will happily tell anyone who asks that these are the only electricians I recommend, and I will not only be returning to Look Electric for all my future electrical needs but also recommending them to my friends and colleagues. Oh, and they're just great, stand-up guys too. Expect to share a laugh with them if you've got a sense of humor, and be all the better for it.

Look Electric flawlessly performed all the necessary requirements for my 200 amp panel upgrade. This company is great, handed everything, city, power company, and our initial project walk through was very informative and helpful. Not all heroes wear masks. 😉
