Lotus Pest Solutions

I switched to Lotus earlier this year and have had superb service ever since. Less bugs harassing me and my family. They take care of my front yard where the fleas like to wait to hitch a ride into the house with my dogs. Love Lotus! Thank you Fernando!

We had a terrible experience with Lotus. I saw rats and ants around the house, which had never happened with our previous pest control service. They pitched a more "personalized service," but we didn’t last a quarter without infestation, which makes me wonder about the quality of the products they used. As soon as I saw a rat, we tried to get a hold of someone, but we were directed by an automated message to send an email. We sent an email which went unanswered for over a week. Additional emails and calls during that week went unanswered. Eventually, I received a text message from Albert, oblivious to our attempts to get help. He even said: "It is unfair to insinuate we’ve had poor communication," when we have the call logs and emails on our phones. I couldn’t have felt more gaslit. Unfortunately for us, they were "backed up," due to rain, so they wouldn’t be able to come help us until the quarterly visit was scheduled. I don’t understand how that is "personalized" service. We called our previous provider (Joshua’s Pest Control), and they were happy to assist, realizing the sense of urgency that we felt to make sure infestation was taken cared of sooner rather than later. Moreover, without notice, I hear door knocks. It was Lotus pest control coming to do their quarterly service (four days after Joshua’s had come), and the guy was oblivious to the fact that we had terminated their service prior to rehiring Joshua’s. There’s no wonder they have a $200 penalty for canceling in the first year. I hope this helps the company get their communication issues in order; that if they pitch a personalized service, they are able to deliver it; that they understand the importance of keeping infestation under control; and that if someone is thinking about giving them a try, to think twice.

Lotus Pest Solutions provided a thorough inspection and clearly explained their findings and recommendations. The service was fairly priced, and scheduling was easy. Fernando, our technician, arrived on time and handled the work professionally from start to finish. Overall, a reliable and well-run service that I would happily recommend.

Noticed a dramatic difference just after 1 treatment, Jorge was very clear explaining their process. We are now 2 treatments in we are very happy with the service received. Keep up the good work guys!!

Jack stopped by to see if we wanted service and the timing was perfect and the price couldn't be better. Always want to support a small company! Jorge came by the very next day to treat in/outsides of the house - was professional and friendly. Explained how to make the most out of the treatments and how to keep my furry family safe while the treatment dries. Would absolutely recommend!!

Robert C. came to the home for a follow up visit from the initial service a few weeks ago and inspected for rodent problems. He kept me well informed and gave suggestions I can handle. Very pleased with the experience. Very professional.

Your technician Richard Castillo came to my house for service yesterday 8/29. I was very impressed with him. He was professional. He did a walk around with me and asked if I had any additional requests. He clearly explained everything he was going to do and he answered any quetions I had. He made me feel at ease and I was very happy with his service.
