Magic City Door

The guys at Magic City Door are awesome to deal with. I've used them for three different personal residences over the years and several of my rental houses. They always do a professional job and their pricing is transparent.

They came out to fix my garage door. They had to walk down the driveway dodging the roofing trucks and debris as we were having our roof replaced. They fixed the door and instructed me how to resync it with my car. The price was reasonable and they were on time and very professional!

Had to pay half upfront. I had no problem doing that. However , I had to continually call to inquire about them coming to fix door. Missed their promise date several times. Three months later had issues and called. Both vehicles in garage and unable to open . Been 12 days and still nothing not a word from them . Repeat customer service is a valuable asset. Word of mouth advertising is a valuable asset. Crickets from a business is bad business.

I received excellent service from Magic Door from scheduling to service. My door was repaired by David. This was the second time I had dealt with him. Like the time before, he arrived on time and repaired my garage door in less than 15 mins. He was professional and very courteous. The charge for the repair was very reasonable. I asked David about the cost of a new garage door and he had materials and prices available. He was not pushy in trying to sell me a door. I will definitely buy from Magic Door when I’m ready because I trust I will get a good deal, that the door will be high quality and that it will be properly installed.

Short answer: did great, but no opportunity to compare to others Good response time, took a while for part so a few weeks between initial assessment & install, but understand that some parts may not be readily available. Difficult to compare costs as apparently this is only company that deals in this type of door. Install guy eas very nice & very efficient. I would use again as long as I have these doors, but may shop around otherwise
