This is the second major project at our home that we have used Magnolia for. We are very satisfied with the product of our complete demo and rebuild. Philip always made sure to stay in communication with us even when we had delays. His team was professional always moving a car if needed or willing to explain why they may be doing this or that. I absolutely love Magnolia Property. This company has truly been a blessing to me in my time of need. I first had them install gutters on my house. About a year or so later they painted my kitchen cabinets and installed knobs. My friends and family love my new kitchen upgrade. They were fast and professional.
