Absolute horrible experience- received a quote addressed to Mr and Mrs with my first name and my CONTRACTORS last name- sent several emails ask him to please put the quote under my name at some point he finally did- yet he still addressed the email to Mr (Contractors name ‍♀️) They were going to install a Generac and upgrade my electrical. We immediately paid the down payments (over $5000 in cash) After payment was made we were told they are unsure of a start date- as they need 6 orders for the Generac before they could place my order and at the moment they only had 4 orders . Then Paul said he would put an order in with the electric company to inspect and approve. 2 weeks later- NYSEG stated he never placed the request After several emails and calls- the request was placed- we sat home all day- for Paul to say- NYSEG isn’t coming- - they pulled us up on GOOGLE maps- and our shed is too close to our electric meter and we would either have to move it or have a gate installed on the other side of the house which would have to remain unlocked so NYSEG could have complete access in case of an emergency REALLY???? Made ZERO sense- however- Paul swore up and down that he was told this by NYSEG- We had the gate installed 3 days later- had to remove a tree due to the location (totaling over $1000) After that we never heard from Paul again. He stopped responding to emails. They never returned a call. I finally used my son’s phone and miraculously Cindy answered. She was extremely nasty and stated that they will not be doing the job. Mind you- this was 2 MONTHS after they received payment. She said they will send me a refund once they speak to Generac and deduct the restocking fee. I called Generac- placed what they call an IR ticket and was informed that if I do not receive my total refund to contact them and they would take care of it- They also gave me a list of reliable partners they used. 3 weeks later still no refund. My mother then contacted them (as she is quite ill and we were getting the generator for her oxygen as she was moving in with us) Cindy said they mailed me the refund. Another week goes by and my husband and go to their business personally and asked where the refund was sent and do they have confirmation from the bank that we cashed it. Cindy again was extremely nasty- refused to tell me where she mailed it- demanded that I state my address to her- we did- and her response was- yep! That’s where it was sent- however she stated 33 when our address 23- and she stated that’s what she meant. Finally I stated I went to Generac- I gave her the IR # and showed her the messages Generac sent me. At that point she cut us a check for the full refund (still haven’t seen the so called original check ). The location was FILTHY and smelled like there were a group of chain smokers living there. Worst experience ever!

I received a quote back in January from Paul for financing and was told I would be sent lease options but never received them. I returned Cory's voice-mail twice and left a detailed message, once with their office person and another with the answering service. I also sent an email and never received a call or email back. They were non responsive.

We had Paul come to our house to give us a bid for a generator. We moved to buffalo a month ago. He was a real lifesaver for me. As I was showing him down to the basement I fell. He instantly held my little baby and made sure we were okay. (Thankfully my baby was just fine) My foot/ankle began to swell and he offered me a ride to the doctor to get it checked out. Paul loaded up my baby, carried me to the car, and drove us to the urgent care. He rearranged his schedule to make sure a complete stranger was going to be alright. Paul is a man you can trust. He even called me a few days after the incident to make sure I was doing okay. This company will always have my business.

Master Electric installed both a new electric panel and home back up generator and they did a really great job. Paul did a really nice job explaining everything when he came out to give me a quote. Al and his team did an amazing job, I was very impressed with their knowledge, professionalism and clean up.

I recently contacted Master Electic to do two separate projects within a few weeks from one another. Cindy, who works at the office, was very nice and answered all of my questions very promptly. Both of the technicians that we had come out were on time and very friendly. My generator was fixed right away and the exterior garage door lights we had installed look fantastic! I couldn't be more happier with my experience with Master Electric.

Highly regret hiring this company. The day they came they had to leave mid job due to a coworker scorching a house so they rescheduled to have no one call that the guy never came to work and they had two call ins when I followed up why no one came. They returned a week later and cut holes way too large in all of our outlets and left a whole in our wall because they didn’t know duct work was behind the wall. They return again a week later and patch the hole and outlets for us to be left with cracked patching where we have to redo all the patching not to mention paint each room around the outlet. Such a mess in compared to past electric work we have had done. As agreed with the previous post as well, they never responded to my email or showed any remorse on the unacceptable service.

All in all we found Master Electric of WNY to be AWESOME. They were "helping us" get to a solution as to why our Generator was not working and not trying to sell us something we didn't need. We assumed our House Generator had died after our latest power outage when it didn't go on and we were manually bailing out our sump pump in the basement. We called up the company who has been performing our yearly maintenance on this Generator and someone came out and performed the "scheduled" maintenance (which happened to be scheduled for in a month as it was) and we were told "it could be anything" and "instead of trying this and that you should just get a new Generator". We also got an estimate on what it would cost to replace the Generator. Luckily my husband wanted another opinion and estimate. Thru our local online NEXTDOOR site someone HIGHLY RECOMMENDED we call Master Electric of WNY, that they were "AWESOME". I'm so glad we called them. Not only did Paul come out and give us an estimate for a new Generator (which was reasonable and the best detailed "estimate" we have ever seen for anything) he suggested that it could be something as minor as an oil sensor and/or a new battery that may be needed. Eric then came out and checked out the Generator and that's exactly what it needed and he replaced the oil sensor. It also turned out that the battery was badly corroded (as if it was never touched). Instead of calling out the company who we have the maintenance plan with to replace it, we had Master Electric of WNY replace it. All in all we found Master Electric of WNY to be AWESOME. If and when we need a new Generator we will be using them. Also when we have any electrical work that needs to be done will be calling them. We appreciate Master Electric of WNY putting customers over money. Paul, Cindy (in the office) and Eric all were first rate when it came to dealing with them in person or on the phone. My wife and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Master Electric of WNY. You will be happy you called them first.
