Owner's Son came out to provide me an estimate, he was extremely rude and non apologetic. He was upset because I had to ask him to give me a few extra minutes, I did not tell him why because it was personal. He is very arrogant, and brags about all of the work they have. Well enough said, don't deal with this guys.

BEWARE. These guys will RIP YOU OFF. My fiancé and I had them do some foundation work. They issued us a warranty and everything was good (so we thought). 6 MONTHS LATER, we had issues that was covered under our warranty but they would not complete the work. They stated that "although we were issued a warranty through them, they will not complete the work because the guy who referred them to us owes them money." That is the most RIDICULOUS thing we’ve ever heard. We paid you to do a job. You issued us a warranty. The rest is irrelevant!! Our next complaint will go to the BBB. Do Not contract these guys to do a job for you.

I called Master Foundation Repair to inspect one of my investment properties and they were honest and gave me with a fair quote. The best part about it is the free transferrable warranty they provide. Again, thank you for everything. I will definitely call you guys again in the future!

They repair my house foundation 2 years ago. They brought up the house level actually I can see the results. : Gaps are closed. Today they came back to bring up about .5", after I see in some areas gap start to open, to honor their lifetime warranty. Their team are proffessional trained, wear uniform, very good workers and finish job as fast as it can be. Their technical supervisor check house floor level before call it to finish. Bought a new AC unit from them back in 2020 and each time I reach out it is difficult to get a hold of Jesus. Have had endless issues with this unit on a rental house. When they do show up the work is good quality but that is the gamble when they show up.
