McCabe Restoration

We had the unfortunate experience of a toilet leak that caused some controlled leakage in a section of the kitchen ceiling. No flooring was damaged. The mitigation crew did a good job of opening up the area and installing fans and a dehumidifier. The actual ceiling repair was a different 2-man crew. They were exceptionally good and thorough. Hung plastic to contain the dust and debris. When they were finished with the patch, they painted the entire kitchen ceiling. Because they were professional, thorough, and clean, it made our experience with them great! They came highly recommended from a family member and they lived up to it! We would use them again.

I cannot recommend this company based on my ongoing experience. While their project managers present an impressive sales pitch, the promises made were not honored. There was a noticeable pattern of cutting corners, and the subcontractors hired appeared to be chosen for low cost rather than quality workmanship. The result was work that fell far short of professional standards and left me deeply dissatisfied.

My insurance company referred me to McCabe Construction & Remodeling after I discovered a leak in my ceiling and found a hole in my roof. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and far better than I expected. They responded quickly, sent someone out to tarp the roof, and completed an inspection. The McCabe team arrived early at 6:45 a.m. on the day of service and worked straight through until the late afternoon. In one day, they replaced half of my roof and fully repaired the interior water damage. They left my home better than before. The entire team was professional, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work. I will definitely be calling them again for future projects and highly recommend their services.

McCabe Construction was one of the companies we called when we needed an estimate on roof work and some interior repairs from water damage. We planned to hire them directly and pay out of pocket. Carlos took one look at our roof and knew the shingle had been discontinued due to quality. He went out of his way to search for a shingle that would match so the repairs would look nice. In the end, the best match was still not a close enough match so Carlos and team worked with our insurance company to replace the whole roof. The interior work and the roofing work look fantastic. We are very happy with the quality of the work and the service we received.

Carlos and his team did a fantastic job in replacing our roof. Carlos is very professional and knowledgeable; he was big assist in working with our insurance company. Installers were excellent and the clean up was quick and very good.

Mr. Zach Hamlet was the project manager for replacing our roof. He managed his team to provide us with a beautiful roof. Mr. Hamlet was prompt to appointments with us; provided updates in a timely manner. His professionalism is outstanding; always respectful . This company has made the process of a hot water tank burst renovation simple and most of all stress free. Randall, the PM from day one communicated well with myself and my 90 yr old grandfather. Every contractor that walked through the door was professional and respectful. Thank you McCabe and especially Randall for a wonderful renovation and caring for my grandfather and I needs.
