McCarthy Team

Six 150-180 ft fir trees hit our home during 2023 Nov storm. Capt Rick McCarthy was my 4th contact in the aftermath damage. He was the only person who remained committed to helping us restore our home. He showed up. He showed up with 122 pg detailed damage report and thorough inspection. He showed up w detailed analysis bids. He worked with insurance. He worked with our attorney when ins refused to cover damages. He ensured roof damage was immediately protected and that "temp" protection lasted for the 2 yrs we were in court w ins. He showed up for emergencies, questions, and outrageous ins stalling tactics like assigning 15 different field and desk agents. He showed up with irrefutable documentation and expertise. McCarthy didn't just expertly restore our home and the extensive damages we incurred from the city's trees. Multiple areas of the home were slammed. See pics. They continuously showed up first! McCarthy's showed up no matter what. They professionally and consistently communicated with us, the city, the attorneys, subs, and a revolving door of ins negligible dismissals. His staff, Jen!!, and Kevin - to everyone he assigned: were incredibly conscientious, professional, caring, and attentive. Their workmanship is impeccable. Hard stop. If there is ever another emergency or repair needed, Mccarthy's will be our **First** phone call. Understand this- calling Rick first, means not having to call 20 others who don't show up or cause more delays. We are and remain grateful we found McCarthy's.

McCarthy’s was very professional and very helpful with my unfortunate situation of an in house flood. McCarthy’s was not the first mitigation company to come to my house but they were the last as I chose to do business with them rather than another mitigation company that is very well know but will remain nameless. The rooms affected are back in working order and we are very happy with their services.

From start to finish, The McCarthy Team were wonderful!! To begin with, they were extremely quick in minimizing the damage of a burst pipe in our kitchen. They were all extremely friendly and helpful through the entire process. Rick, Jen, Hunter, Mike, Tyler, and all the guys in the rebuilding team were excellent. The quality of work is outstanding!! Everyone at McCarthy made the entire process extremely easy, dealing with insurance, answering all our questions, and being extremely patient!! McCarthy was assigned to me through my insurance for water clean up in our kitchen/garage/crawl space from a leak. Their team was excellent to work with from beginning to end. They provided detailed communication and paperwork through the entire process. Preston & Miles were assigned to complete the mitigation work and we found them both to be professional, friendly and efficient. They put in effort to ensure their work was done precisely while taking extra care of the areas in our home that were not impacted by the water damage but were in close proximity to where they were working. I was concerned initially when my insurance assigned us for mitigation blindly but was pleasantly surprised by the McCarthy team. We would highly recommend them.

We just wanted let McCarthy General Contractor know how pleased we are with the work your employees did for us. The craftsmanship and consideration for our home during reconstruction was excellent. We really appreciate the way they did their job and left things spotless. The mitigation was handled by Anthony's crew Christian, Hunter & "K". The reconstruction was done by Josh's crew, Israel & Carlos. Jen was excellent handling the insurance coordination. Thank you to all for getting our home back in order.

I got to know about McCarthy through someone, and called Rick from McCarthy regarding the crawlspace situation I had. Within 24 hours, team McCarthy was fully engaged, and from that day onwards, Anthony handled the repair and reconstruction phases so efficiently and patiently, addressing slew of my questions and concerns almost on daily basis, while helping me understand the process. This was further complimented by Hunter as project started to shape up, and was eventually brought to closure quite professionally. While all this was happening in forefront for me, behind the scenes Jen handled the entire end-to-end engagement and logistical areas with my insurance and within team so professionally that I have seldomly come across such noteworthy customer care. In the end, I am a happy customer for all the professionalism and quality of service I have experienced. YES, I would highly recommend Team McCarthy!

Daniel and Travis were such a pleasure to have doing electrical work! They found solutions, cleaned up after themselves, and consistently wore N95 masks without prompting. We especially love the disability accomodations to not need to bend down for the den outlets. The home is far more comfortable after their repairs, additions, and modifications. Note this review does not extend to plumbing service provider who left without ever inspecting for scope of work.
