Great service! Dominic listened intently to all the issues and acted upon everything. Then, showed me completed work and explained all fixes and exactly what he did to correct our issues. Outstanding communication, patience, and, expertise! Thanks so so much! Definitely recommend!
Very poor service all around. John came to our home to diagnose a problem, which he insufficiently did, and proceeded to report to our warranty company that the service had been completed (our wiring issue was not fixed at all). He never returned to complete the job, and ignored 4 phone calls/messages placed between my husband and me over the course of 2 weeks. We are now 5 weeks since the initial request was issued and are no closer to having our issue repaired. John was paid, and did not finish the job. Completely unprofessional and would not recommend.
John is amazing at what he does, great service and follow up and knows his craft. He's also very reliable and an overall standup person. We've used him for many of our properties and will continue using them in the future.
John was on time, let me explain the 3 areas needing his attention and set to work. He explained things well and took the time to make things easy to understand. He was very helpful and I was pleased with his work. Thank you, John!

John and Dominick expertly solved the wiring problems associated with the installation of a ceiling fan. They were prompt, professional, polite, and efficient. They even took the time to install a light fixture for me that wasn't part of the original work discussed. Will definitely call them if I need an electrician again.
