McElroy’s is always so professional, friendly and helpful! From the office staff to the service members! Today especially I had some plumbing issues. Junior Barajas came out and was absolutely great! Helpful and explained things to me that I would understand. I would recommend 100% !!

Brandon Seamans , HVAC TECHNICIAN, arrived on the time scheduled. He identified himself and gave me a synopsis of his goals for preparing my furnance and de-humidifier for the Fall/ Winter season of 2025-2026. He successfully completed the maintenance tasks. He also found a potential problem in one of the ancillary systems , that if not fixed, could cause a break down of the entire system. Consequently, he repaired that potential problem. Hence, his skills and attention to details prevented a future break down. Thereby, saving me time, money, and inconvenience later in the winter. This kind of service more than pays for itself! From our first contact to the install everything was 5 star. Our particular project was a little tricky but the know how and ability made the job seamless. Could not ask for a better job.

McElroy’s just installed a new furnace and AC. They provided us with options, explained everything and were very thorough. The install was great. They were on time, pleasant, and took care of everything for us including following up to check on us a couple days later. They have been fantastic and I would highly recommend them!

Highly recommend McElroy's. We utilize them for all of our plumbing needs and recently has a new Heater/AC Unit installed. Very reasonably priced and everyone was easy and pleasant to work with. Our installation crew was very polite, friendly, knowledgeable and kept us informed at every step. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Just received a bill of $370 for them to come into my home and break 1 of our 2 toilets as we had guests from out of town coming the next night to stay with us through the weekend. I was then informed it would cost $600 to fix what THEY broke and I would have to schedule another visit. I was not informed prior to them completing work there was a potential risk the toilet would be broken. They were invited in to diagnose a plumbing issue and did not bring the proper equipment to do so. They said they would diagnose the issue on the next scheduled visit to fix the toilet. I was considering spending thousands to work with McElroy's as I had HVAC and plumbing issues that needed addressed and annual servicing. On top of that, it has been two weeks since they visited and I have not received a quote for the plumbing or HVAC. Unbelievable this is how customers are treated and refused to make this right when I called. EDIT 8/30/25 I respectfully disagree any concern was voiced after the toilet was first removed from the closet flange or before the attempt to reattach it was made. I am well aware attempts to contact me have been made and I have listened to or read every attempt. I think it is outrageous to say you tried to get me a quote as quickly as possible when two weeks elapsed before the first attempt was even made knowing I had a restroom that was unusable. The work was completed by myself prior to being contacted by you at a cost similar to the bill I received from your company. I assure you there is no need to continue reaching out unless you are willing to compensate me.

Brandon arrived on time, and was efficient at checking our air conditioning and heating systems. He communicated what he was doing, and let us know the cost of the required part. He was also very conscientious on cleanliness when inside our house. He made sure any questions we had were answered. We were impressed!
