McHenry Roofing

We had a wonderful experience with Jeff and McHenry Roofing. We had them first inspect our roof, and we were so impressed by the comprehensive report and quote, that it was a no brainer to use them. We continued to be impressed along the way, as they were very communicative about start time, progress along the way, and the final product! We are out of town owners, so excellent communication is a must. And on top of that, the work was great too!

Excellent customer service! I worked with Jeff, who was helpful, kind, patient, and extraordinarily professional from start to finish. I compared the quotes for three different companies. Jeff was willing to explain the pros and cons of the different quotes. I never felt like he was upselling me. On the contrary, his policy seemed to be a combination of "if it's not broke don't fix it" and "waste not, want not"- my kinda guy! He even provided McHenry's licensing and insurance info to make sure I felt comfortable with this investment. The contractors showed up on the day they were supposed to, cleaned up everything, finished promptly, and provide a proper invoice upon completion. Although I have a new roof and hope I don't have to see Jeff for 25 years- I would be happy to work with him/McHenry Roofing again Superb contracting experience! I'll be sure to update this post if anything goes wrong; though, I suspect I'll be fine!

The McHenry Roofing team is awesome. I recently had a roof inspection done and repairs completed on several shingles that were damaged. Being a first time homeowner, I didn’t know what to expect. Beth, and Jose were very professional and thoroughly explained the details on the project. It only took a couple of days for the project to be completed by Jose and Omar, from the day that the call was placed through Towson Roofing Pros. I am so happy with McHenry Roofing!!!

Jeff and his team were great! They removed several layers of roofing on our townhome and replaced it. They were efficient, fair and very responsive to make sure the job was done right. Jeff went over the top and visited a second time to help fix a gutter we were concerned about. We would absolutely use them again in the future.

Our late father's house next to Patterson Park was being sold and the inspector found an issue with the roof. We hired McHenry Roofing to complete the roof repair at the recommendation of our Realtor and they complete the work promptly. The buyers were pleased with the quality of the roof work and we were able to get the sale to closing. Thank you Beth for all your help!

My experience with Evan and his team was top notch. He was very responsive and offered me a fair price for the work to be done. His team went above and beyond to fix our roof in a timely and professional manner. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family, and I plan to use them for another job soon.

Highly recommend! We have a small row house with access challenges that needed a new aluminum roof coating. The McHenry team was very responsive, extremely flexible, and cost effective.
