Meticulous Plumbing

This was the best plumbing repair experience. A shutoff valve in my kitchen was rusted shut and beginning to leak water. A box had been built over the shutoff valves. Leo was able to get the box off without taking it apart. He took pictures of the valves and pipe so I didn't need to crawl into the cupboard. He explained the problem and offered me two options for repair and the cost of each. I opted to have everything fixed at the same time. The price was much less than i expected. Leo replaced three valves and some pipe. He made sure everything was turned back on and working properly. He was professional, thorough, explained things in an easy to understand way, and cleaned up when he was done. Thank you Meticulous Plumbing!

Joe Beltran from Meticulous Plumbing was prompt, professional, communicative, and highly skilled. In other words, he was great! Meticulous Plumbing gave us a quick appointment when we called with an emergency. All in all, we would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing help.

Top notch company. We had water heaters at the end of life and one had a slow leak. I was able to get a plumber scheduled for the next day and get the heaters replaced. Eric and Adam were punctual and super nice. Highly professional and got both heaters replaced in a few hours. They cleaned up after themselves and left no traces. I had used Meticulous for a smaller project a little while back, but will absolutely continue to use them for all of our home plumbing needs going forward.

We had used Meticulous for years, but our usual plumber had left. The last one sent was terrible - he had no interest in doing the work, insisted we had to replace all of our fixtures and get something more modern (old house, but the fixtures aren't that old). Then charged us what I viewed as quite an excessive price for doing nothing. The company representative was pretty flippant when I called to complain.

Recently the water line from the water to my house had a break with water gushing out , luckily all of the water was outside my house. After turning off the water to my house at the meter, I called Meticulous Plumbing. They sent Randy Swan out within an hour or so to see if a work around was possible. Randy was able to setup a bypass so that I would have water inside my house. This would allow me to live basically as normal, until the actual fix was done. Randy was very nice and efficiently figured out how to set up this bypass. He was a pleasure to work with. About a week later Meticulous sent out Joe Beltran and Eric Wagner and the long term fix began. Both men were extremely nice, friendly and knowledgeable. A replacement water line from the water meter to my house was installed. The house water turnoff is now inside my house which is extremely convenient. Once the new line was installed, we had to wait for the city of Tigard to approve. Once that was done Eric Wagner came back out and put things back together as if nothing had ever happened. Again super nice and efficient. Meticulous was very helpful in this emergency situation. From customer service, who got someone out here quickly to the end result of a new water line. Everyone was friendly knowledgeable and seemed to really care about things. I have no qualms in recommending them for your plumbing needs. Thank you Meticulous.

What plumbing problem?! Went to bed with leaky toilet, woke up to begin my process of fixing it. They opened at 7am (which was awesome) and had a team out here within a few hours- all through text. Fixed, reasonably priced, and details with what was being charged. Kaleb and his sidekick (forget his name-gah) were awesome! Honestly from the intital text, response for booking, booking confirmation text, text arrivals, paying, and already being sent a follow up email with photos. The urgency of the customer support was top notch.
