Metz Air Control

Nathan from Metz Air Control inspected our HVAC systems and gave us reassurance that the system was operating safely after 9 years of service at a great price. He was very professional, personable and took time with us so we knew what issues could arise in the near future for our heating unit. We so appreciated the wonderful service we received from Metz AC and highly recommend them.

My dad was nervous about starting his heater that had not been run for a long time on an older home. We called Metz Air and they scheduled an appointment and came out the following day, performed a safety check service and start up on his system along with great recommendations to improve his system in the future. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who's looking for a honest, prompt heating and air service.

I had my furnace serviced by Cris and must commend Metz for having such a professional, thorough and pleasant employee. As he was performing regular maintenance on the unit he was explaining to me the importance of each component and the condition of the parts. He made recommendations and provided me with viable options. Thank you Cris for an excellent job!

I am VERY pleased with the work provided by Metz technician Cris Dulay yesterday. He was thorough and efficient, checking every room vent for temp. Plus he provided good advice regarding extending my service maintenance agreement (which I did), and estimates for some suggested future work. Cris is very personable. We chatted about military service (mine and people in his family), our backgrounds, and other topics as he worked. I felt very comfortable with him and his work was excellent. Metz, you have a keeper!!

Update: 7/11/2025 - Crus Dulay did a great job today with the annual maintenance. Very informative and helpful with getting the adjustments needed. He was so quick and thorough, and encouraged maintenance on BOTH the A/C and furnace, not just one like I scheduled. His expertise was in point!! Tim was GREAT! He represented Metz with the same professionalism, knowledge, experience, and excellent service as I have come to expect from Bryan and all of the other techs at Metz. Had maintenance check up done on the furnace, I upgraded to the recommended Respicare Filter to improve the performance of my new furnace, and also to scrub the air cleaner by adding this component. I'm really happy with the results, I'm really happy with the service, and they are always very responsive whenever there's any issue or call for service. Tim explain things to me in a simple and understandable manner that allow me to understand and make informed decisions about enhancing the system that I already have. Since I moved into my home in 2007, I have only worked with Metz for my air and heating needs, and that will continue as long as we're both around. Thanks a bunches!

We’ve used Metz several times and are so glad we’ve found them. Most recently Cris Dulay came out when we were experiencing issues with our heater. He identified the problem and really took his time to explain the issue. He was super considerate of our home, very courteous, very knowledgeable, trustworthy explaining costs and even options, and I won’t use any other company going forward. Would highly recommend Metz. They have an awesome team.

Very satisfied with the services provided. Got a furnace check-up from Cris, who was very friendly and helpful and willing to deal with a great many questions. He noticed some serious problems that needed to be resolved and got us an appointment in the next week. Andrew and Mando came down and did the installation. They were fast, professional, knowledgeable, and able to work around our schedule. Good service and personnel.
