Miami Appliance Repair

I did not use them because I had used another company that has the same name and they scammed me out f $300.It as not this Miami appliance.Jimmy spent a lot of time with me and convinced me it was better to buy a new one than put more money into the stove.How many repair people do that ? NONE.Super Nice guy and knowledgeable.i learned a good lesson and also found the next time I need any repairs to any appliance it will be using jimmy of this company!

I had an exceptional experience with Miami Appliance Service & Repair today, and I can’t recommend them enough! I called this company to get an estimate for repairing my stove, which wasn’t broiling anything because the element kept shutting off after 20-30 seconds. Right from the start, the team was incredibly professional and attentive. The owner promptly answered my call after I googled their business, and he took the time to ask for the model number. He patiently guided me through how to locate it on my stove, and I appreciated his thoroughness. I sent him a picture of the data plate, and within minutes, he called back with a detailed explanation. He honestly assessed that the issue was with the control panel and, unfortunately, that the part has been out of stock for over 10 years. What impressed me most was his honesty—rather than pushing for a costly repair, he simply and kindly informed me of the situation. Most other companies might have charged for a visit or repair estimate, but he genuinely cared about giving me accurate information.This level of integrity, reliability, and kindness is rare in the service industry. Miami Appliance Service & Repair is a truly honest and trustworthy company. I highly recommend them for any appliance needs—rest assured, you will be another happy customer just like I am!

I’ve used MAR for several issues within the last couple months and let me tell you, they make it easy to work with. They’re knowledgeable, give it to you straight, fair prices and they work with what you need. Jimmy has been awesome to work with. He’s managed all my issues for my appliances and he’s readily available when you call or text. Use these guys, they’ll take care of you.

Jimmy is the best! What a helpful & knowledgeable technician. He was available to schedule an appointment very quickly & helped us resolve our issue with our dishwasher.
