I have always been happy with Michael & Sons. Service has always been great and they have always been able to respond quickly. Sherman Pinnock is an another example of the knowledgeable service techs they employ. Sherman was very thorough in his explanations and explained everything clearly. He conducted a thorough safety inspection and identified city water pressure coming in at 100PSI - which explains some burst pipes last year. Sherman added a pressure reducing valve as well as a durable metal main water shutoff valve in the basement. This metal valve is much more durable than the existing flimsy PVC main water shutoff. Now I don't have to worry about burst pipes and/or breaking the builder grade shutoff valve that was originally installed. Also had an automatic emergency water shutoff added to my water heater. I will request Sherman by name next time. Great work and thank you Sherman!

I had 4 security cameras installed, 3 of which included solar panels A tad on the expensive side but well worth the experience. I can never give enough hand claps to a technician who explains things along the way and cleans up behind himself too. Great job Logan! And let me not forget to mention that he called ahead and showed up early!! I only gave 4 stars because of pricing but Logan was great

Highly recommended, techs are friendly , courteous and very knowledgeable. They were able to identify the problem and quickly remediate the issue. Junior was our technician and he was wonderful to work with.

I am writing this review to express my absolute satisfaction with the plumbing work completed by Michael and Son. Specifically, the technician, Jesse James, provided a truly wonderful, great, and professional job. Jesse was fantastic from start to finish. He arrived promptly, was polite and respectful of our property, and immediately diagnosed the issue. He took the time to explain the problem in detail and walked me through all of my options without any pressure. His work was excellent, efficient, and thorough. I'm incredibly happy with the results and the peace of mind knowing the job was done correctly the first time. Jesse is a true professional with great customer service skills, and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing services. We have been satisfied customers of Michael & Sons for years, but last weekend they outdid themselves. On Saturday a.m., our upstairs tub (full) had a leak in a pipe & overflowed, thru the ceiling, into the room downstairs. It was a true calamity! We were very fortunate. Michael & Sons sent out Abdul A., from the Restoration department, a knowledgeable , personable, experienced technician, who stayed with us while we filed our insurance claim, and also scheduled a restoration team for the following day. He was terrific in calming us down. Michael & Sons also sent out Daniel N., an experienced plumber from the Plumbing department, who also helped us by identifying the broken pipe & advising us on how to proceed with fixing the problem. The following 4 days, we were visited by Kyron M. & his colleague Mark (Restoration team). While both were a pleasure with whom to work, Kyron, who led the team, was experienced, explained things clearly, & held our hand during this trying time. Kyron & Mark worked very hard, & were able not only to save our carpet & the wooden floor underneath, but completed their part of the project in 3 days! We couldn’t have had better people to get us thru the important first step of restoration maintenance. I would give all those technicians who have helped us out with this repair 10 stars if I could - all were professional, knowledgeable & essential to helping us handle this unexpected hiccup!
