My experiences with Midtown have been excellent. Good communication and timely appointment setting made it easy to get the work done. Jason came out and remembered the details of a visit four year prior and explained everything about our current need so I felt good about exactly what needed to be done. After the appointment follow up was immediate and extremely through. If you want good service and to feel very confident about your problem, and to feel good there's not anything else that could become an issue Midtown is a good bet.

I highly recommend Jason from Midtown Plumbing. We had an issue with our garbage disposal, and he was quick to come out and assess it. He found that it was jammed and walked us through the options—whether to fix it or replace it. After explaining the pros and cons, we decided to replace it, and he made the process smooth and easy. He also helped us replace a spigot for our front lawn faucet, taking the time to explain what caused the original one to break. Overall, a fantastic first experience with Jason and Midtown Plumbing!

We had Jason come out twice, once in the summer to diagnose a leak from our upstairs toilet, and again to install a new toilet and replace some old polybutylene shut-off valves. He was on-time, provided detailed options for how to proceed, and was extremely professional. Overall it was a very positive experience and I would recommend this company to others in the area.

David was respectful, professional and component! He assessed my situation and fixed it. I feel relieved and grateful that he was available to come within a day of calling. I would definitely call Midtown Plumbing again in a heartbeat if necessary and would ask for David, in particular.

Midtown was able to send someone out same day to take a look at a few issues at the house. I appreciated the attention to detail and thorough explanations. Matt took his time to double check the faucet repair and ensure the ceiling leak couldn’t be attributed to any plumbing issues and instead was an issue from condensation from the AC unit getting trapped in the duct work insulation.

Jason has come out a few times to do work for us and has been very professional, explained everything thoroughly. It’s been especially helpful as we are first time homeowners getting to know our plumbing system. He works very efficiently and have not had any issues with the work he’s completed. I enjoy supporting a small local business as well!

Matt is great. He’s done repairs at a previous residence as well as a replacement at our current residence. He’s thorough and takes time to explain scope and fee. Midtown also responded immediately on a Sunday afternoon to our initial request and set up an appointment for Monday morning
