Milestone Electric, A/C, & Plumbing

Excellent experience with Loy, Christian & Kevin. They put in new under cabinet lighting in our kitchen, repaired and replaced bulbs in the lights above the cabinets too & installed to replacement fixtures upstairs. I called for the appointment yesterday, they came today & promptly finished the job. Everything looks great! Just in time for holiday hosting. Thank you Milestone!

Michael O'Connor was kind, friendly, personable, compassionate and caring. He exemplified customer service and showed true concern for our issues as if they were his immediate responsibility. He is a person of good character and integrity. Nathan was our master electrician. He is competent, compassionate and committed to excellence. He handled our home with great respect. He has a dedicated spirit and will take ownership of issues. He is passionate about his work and genuinely believes in being gentle with clients. He was invested in the work and did not hurry the process. He’s thoughtful and thorough. Michael and Nathan changed our lives and made us feel comfortable and at ease. We are thankful for their kindness and enjoyed having Michael, Nathan, Mark and Hayden in our home. They are teammates and their work is unparalleled. As home owners, my wife and I are well pleased.

I'm writing this review out of significant disappointment with Milestone and the AC unit they installed. My AC unit, installed by Milestone in 2017, recently experienced an evaporator coil failure and is leaking refrigerant. This is incredibly frustrating, as the unit is less than 10 years old. Even more concerning is the warranty issue. Despite what I understood to be a 10-year warranty, both the manufacturer and Milestone are refusing to honor it, claiming the warranty was only 5 years because I am not the original homeowner. This feels incredibly unfair, especially since I have diligently paid Milestone to maintain this system since I moved into my home. Milestone's only proposed solution is a full replacement, but I'm hesitant to put the same manufacturer's unit back in my home when the previous one failed within 10 years. This experience has left me questioning the quality of the products Milestone installs and their commitment to their customers, even those who consistently use their maintenance services. I expected better longevity from an AC unit and better support from a company I've trusted with my home's HVAC system.

First time using Milestine Electric, A/C, Plumbing Dec 2025. A technician, Mr.Garza was very profesdional, polite, friend, and took his time explain his inspection of our 26 year old system. He gave options on some things that needed to be address. He also gave the pros and cons of each option so we could make a good decision on what we needed to do. I'm one of those customers who asks many questions, and have high expectations on services and products that is purchased. From the first call to schedule the appointment all the way through the inspection of our system was an excellent experience. Side note, my neighbor uses Milestone, and is very pleased withem also. I highly recommend Milestone for your electric, a/c, hesting, and plumbing needs.

Tyler with Milestone Electric, AC, & Plumbing came out today to replace a rusted AC pan, unclog the drains, and service our unit. He did a fantastic job and explained everything thoroughly. He even took a video to show us the before and after aspects of the repair. Tyler removed all the old parts and took them with him, so I didn't have to dispose of anything. He left all areas he worked in clean and tidy. He was professional and courteous. He even wore plastic covers over his shoes when indoors. I was happy with the service and highly recommend Milestone (and Tyler) for your next job!

I had what seemed to be a small problem. After I agreed to the quote, the job turned out to be much more difficult. Specifically my kitchen 3 pole lighting system has to be redone from scratch. Clint and his assistant were very professional and completed the job at the quoted price despite it being 105 degrees outside. Great work. They installed additional accessories panels for a junction box that had been walked in and was hidden, rewired 4 light switches to allow two sets of two to work independently. This was a project I was dreading for sometime and had tried to do myself unsuccessfully. I really appreciate how quick they were able to respond as I called at 9 am and they were here by 11 am. However they did leave a large hole in my drywall which I suspect is because they were electricians and not drywall experts. Fortunately, this is a hiccup I can resolve with little effort.

JB and Stephen were fantastic at today’s appointment! Over the weekend, we started noticing our lights flickering around the house, which caused our battery backup system to kick in a few times. By Saturday evening, it happened about five times, and each time the battery took over saying the grid was out. We called Oncor, and they confirmed that one of the lugs in our meter box was going bad - and even worse, the wires were starting to melt together. Since Milestone had already done great work at our home before with a major HVAC ductwork project, we called them again to take a look. They came out on Monday, got us scheduled for Thursday, and did a big repair on our meter box, main panel, and sub panel. JB and Stephen were amazing from start to finish. They made sure everything was working perfectly, wore shoe covers to keep things clean, and took the time to answer all my questions. This is exactly the kind of top-notch service I’ve come to expect from Milestone, and they delivered once again. Was it expensive? Yeah, but for the professionalism, quality, and peace of mind Milestone provides, it’s absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!
