I had these guys out to install a brand new gas lines in my house and take out the existing. This was probably the easiest process I've been through for farming out a for home repair. They did it the way I said i wanted it done and they even made a better suggestion than i originally thought of which was going with a flex-pipe material instead of a black steel pipe. I was very impressed with how this all played out. And the price was reasonable. I made a phone call and set up a time for a quote. Joe Miller came out a few days later to inspect and discuss and a week later the work was done and looked great. The install took only a few hours from start to finish. Couldn't be happier with the work. I would higher these guys again for my plumbing needs

We have been using Miller Plumbing for 10 years. Chad and Joe are solid guys. Chad offers a wealth of information, does a satisfactory job every time, and we never have any issues with any of his work. He's installed a water heater, water line to the fridge, installed a disposal, fixed incorrect plumbing, unclogged bathtubs and toilets, installed new shower fixtures, and toilet parts. The list goes on.....they are the only contractors we fully trust in Cedar Rapids. We wish they did everything else besides plumbing.

Wish I could put zero stars. I am homeless and live in my car. I was parked at one of the Casey's in Cedar Rapids and one of their drivers slammed the drivers side door into my passenger door and then he just got into the van. Didn't acknowledge hitting my car. Nothing then when I called the company the person who answered the phone could only say well we have all been up for over 24 hours. That is not an excuse

Joe called me when he said he would to let me know he was on his way. When one of his guys called to say they wouldn't make our appointment on time, Joe came over himself. He was very professional and explained what he was doing and looking for. Joe even tried to fit me in the day before our appointment when one of his guys came back early from a job, but unfortunately my own schedule did not allow it. I appreciate how timely, professional, and courteous Joe was and highly recommend his service to anyone with plumbing issues.

Plumber showed up on time, which was great. Had issues with 2 showers. When the "repair" was done, he claimed it was fixed. The 1st shower still leaks, and the other shower is in worse condition than when he arrived. When we called back to inform him of the issue the response was " it is what it is", and preceded to inform us of a more expensive means of repair. Poor customer service, as well as poor quality of work and honesty. Would recommend a different service.

Living in an older home, I've had Miller Plumbing at my house various times--fixing everything from a leaking shower, broken disposal, tub overflow, and leaking pipes. Most recently, he replaced the water heater, on time and under budget. Each and every time I'm impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism. Plus, their prices are reasonable. I would give them six stars if I could. Highly recommend.

The WORST experience ever. Chad, the plumber, spoke to me like I was senile from the minute I opened the door to him. He seemed unsure of how to perform the repairs I had requested. Then he proceeded to argue with me about the location of a meter - on MY home. The only way I got him to stop arguing was to tell him he was right. When I called to voice my concerns to the company, I spoke with the owner, Joe, whose response was "I've known Chad 30 years and he doesn't have a bad bone in his body so I don't believe he did that."
