John Waltz and Zach Force are truly the best! I was nervous about having a big job done, but John helped me through everything and the work him, Zach and the crew did blew my mind. They put in a whole new electrical box for my house and installed 2 new lights in my garage. All I can say is wow! It's the nicest thing in the house now lol The siding took some damage to get their job completely done but, John had a siding guy come to fix it with no extra charge to me! Unbelievably awesome! John Waltz, Zach Force, the crew and the siding guy are all God sent angels. Thank you guys so very much! Truly the greatest!

Carlos C and the Mr. Sparky team provided excellent electrical service for my 1928 home. Carlos arrived within the appointment window and after sending timely reminders. Once on site, he was professional, answered all my questions, and even checked additional outlets I was concerned about. The quote was fair and all work was completed efficiently. While the initial phone experience was professional, I would suggest holding off on the electrical plan pitch until after the home evaluation (which is when I ultimately decided to sign up for the annual breaker box cleaning and annual electrical inspection). Overall, I’m extremely satisfied and will definitely use Mr. Sparky for future electrical projects to update my older home’s wiring. Special thanks to Carlos C. for his five star service!

We had a wonderful experience working with Mister Sparky. Aj supported us through a home inspection and provided clear scope of work to bring us to a safer place in our home. He built trust immediately to the point we knew we would move forward with work before he had even completed the estimate. Rick supported the electrical work and did an excellent job overall. We had a panel rejuvination and all outlets replaced in our home. Everyone was kind, clear in communication and easy to work with.

I do not know how these guys have this high of a rating. I literally just spent 15 minutes on the phone trying to get a price for a breaker to be changed out at my box. My home is less than 10 years old, built by Lennar and I am the original owner. This is a very simple job, as easy as changing a light bulb for an electrician. I've had to do two so far and so I have an idea what the price range is. One of my guys lives too far and the other guy is out of town. So I called this one, and the person on the phone could not give me a price on a standard simple 5-minute job, not until they "came out and assessed the situation." I explained to him, I already know what the situation, can you consider a hypothetical situation and get me a price? "We can't give you that, I don't know." "Ok, Can you speak with your technician and ask him what he would charge to do that job?" I asked in frustration. "No can not give you a price." I mean it went around and around like that for 15 minutes and me trying to understand why he could not give me a range at least. Grrrrr... Most people would have hung up but I thought maybe I could use it as a teachable moment. I was a young business owner once. So in transparency and fairness, I can't speak to their work, but I can tell you I did not feel comfortable with them coming to my house to jack up any price they want once they got here. I don't need to waste my time that way, or pay an unnecessary service fee to find out that the problem is exactly what I told him the problem was and now they're going to charge me $400 to do it or some craziness. No thanks, moving on, too many other reputable companies who will give you a price range at lear, especially for a VERY simple job like that. I even told the guy on the phone this was going to cost him a review and he did not seem to care so, whatever. He gave me the impression they're being super shady regarding cost. I don't want to work with a shady company. So sorry sparky, I hope you take this criticism and improve your business. ***RESPONSE TO OWNER REPLY - the very next tech I called, asked for a photo of the box, quoted me a price I was comfortable with, he was here within the hour, and fixed the simple project of switching out a breaker at the box within 10 mins. SO, imho, if you want more business, have at least a price range to start with. I referred the tech to Nextdoor and my neighbor who needed an electrician as well. I called you first and would have gone with you had you given me a price range as I requested. Just sayin...

I had the best experience today with Carlos from Mister Sparky! His communication, knowledge, and professionalism were top notch. He fixed an issue with a blown light switch and recommended I install something else for optimal protection of my house. I’d describe his service as going above and beyond. If you have any electrical needs at your house, make sure to hire Mister Sparky and hope that Carlos is your guy.
