I worked with Jerry today who was very helpful and broke things down to me. When it came down to talking about prices he gave me multiple options and he was very understanding and seemed very genuine. I didn’t feel pressured about anything or didn’t feel like he was trying to upsell me. I’m glad to be working with this company as the experience has been great so far.

Larin, their electrician, was absolutely fantastic! He not only installed my ceiling fans but also ensured the bonding and grounding of my gas line for added safety—a task SW Gas should have taken care of. His attention to detail truly impressed me. For example, he carefully matched the dip switches on the remote and receiver to guarantee smooth communication with the existing wiring for the ceiling fans. Thanks to Larin’s expertise, my fans work perfectly, and I feel more confident in my home’s safety. I can’t wait to have him return next month to complete the installation of my light fixtures!

Michael Bennett did a phenomenal jog installing my 2 Venetian Chandeliers. He was very patient putting them together with extreme accuracy. He has a friendly personality and is very enthusiastic. When I was working I wish I could find an associate like him. In my opinion he is a keeper. Thank you Michael

Final edit. This company really let me down. I was trying to be nice but now I'm going to state it all. Nothing has changed since the last edit just fyi. Electrical issue I called on still not repaired. No one has reached out and no one seems to care. I love to write good reviews, see my profile, I do my best to always give credit and this I wish I could go in the negative. Chris my tech sales person I thought was fun and very informative but he hit on me relentlessly the entite visit. Even the tech that came out later after he upsold me on garbage asked me if he did. She laughed cause apparently that's what Chris does. I took a photo with him cause he told me he got a $50 bonus. Here I removed it. I took off my origional review for obvious reasons now.. lol I know this company is bad. He wasn't only there about 4 months.. The techs that came out to do cosmetic fixes left screws, tabs and debris everywhere through my house.. thanks guys. And yet my finance company was following up with me and even they are not communicating. Good leap is clearly not great with following up either. Please be aware and please don't sign anything until you've gone over everything, thought about it and got a second opinion. This company is just not it. Edit: it's now been a month since I had a tech out for my electrical issues and not only is the issue still not resolved I've had no contact or follow up unless I have initiated it. Beware of this company. Being charged for work not done. Horrible experience and left in the dark for repairs. They are just holding on to their commission instead of doing right by the customer. I do not recommend.

I could not speak highly enough of Chris Kempel! Chris not only showed up after hours, but also took the time to inform me on what my best options are for my electric issues. All around a great worker who genuinely cares about his clients. 10/10 would recommend!

Jerry came over and did a thorough inspection of my household electrical system and quickly located what the issue was. He was a wealth of electrical knowledge and answered all my questions and explained the next steps that needed to be taken. On top of all his electrical knowledge he was a super nice guy and easy to talk with. Would highly recommend this company and count yourself lucky if you get Jerry!
