I have used Mr Electric several times and I have always been pleased with their service. They are accommodating to your schedule arrive on time and very professional and careful of your home while working, clean up as well when done. Great company and Alexandro was awesome so was the office girl.

Had electrical panel replaced. Professional, friendly, responsive, on time with estimate, prompt arrival times, clear communication on arrival times and after completion of visits. Additionally, one of our breakers in our old electrical panel went out and we were without power for three main areas. We called the office and they accommodated us by moving our scheduled appointment to the next day. They also took the time to find the breaker and sold it to us so we would have power overnight. The office staff was helpful and electricians were professional and tidy. We would highly recommend Mr Electric and will be contacting them again should we need any future work done.

The work was pretty accurately explained even prior to the site visit. Alexandro, the electrician dispatched, was courteous, professional and very proficient. I want to thank Joey for taking my frantic text and call late in the afternoon. During my inspection on the home I’m selling in Pembroke Pines an issues needed to be addressed and he acted quickly. Alejandro Ortega was the technician who did the work. I was advised when he was arriving and was on time. The young lady in the office handled my crazy while assisting me trying to make payments . We had the original electrical system in our 1957 house, including the original fuses. We hired Mr. Electric to update everything up to code, which was a huge project. Our city took a super long time to approve the permits and are very strict about the codes, and Mr. Electric handled all that for me. The project manager sat at my kitchen table and helped me order, right on Amazon, the right smoke and carbon monoxide detectors required by the code and explained in detail every aspect of the process to replace the electrical system. The company is great at estimating, communicating, and the two knowledgeable brothers they send to get the job done, Alejandro and Alfredo did a spectacular job. They worked long, hard hours and the inspection was passed the first time. Then they came back to fix tricky interior electric panel problems that a former electrician did sloppily that were not up to code. I highly recommend Mr. Electric. They are friendly, professional and honest experts. They do the work until it's done right. You can feel confident your work will be done at the highest quality. I'm going to use only Mr. Electric every time I need work done.
