Tanner Malone was courteous, punctual, knowledgeable, and tidy. He didn’t mind me peeking in as he worked and took the time to explain the importance of each step. I am very pleased with the experience and grateful for the prompt service.

The overall experience was great! Super polite and efficient from soup to nuts. Joey arrived when he was scheduled to give me an estimate and you could really tell he cared about what he was doing wanted to make sure my issues were addressed. When it came time to schedule the actual fix, I communicated with Kathleen via email text and over the phone. Each interaction was great. Again the whole team was efficient, courteous and a pleasure to work with. Again, Joey showed up when promised, was crazy nice and solved every issue I had and even an issue I didn't realize i had which leaves me set up better for future upgrades. I could not recommend Mr. Electric and their team more!

David was our service tech and we were pleased with his overall knowledge, and attention to detail. He went over pricing and addressed every question we had. Very personable and pleasant young man!! He certainly represented your company well.

I had James come by yesterday to install some new fixtures. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and explained everything that needed to be done. He completed a thorough inspection that revealed some minor issues we were unaware of that he was able to resolve. He also offered some electrical upgrades that could be installed. Overall the work was done quickly and professionally. I am very pleased and will utilize Mr Electric in the future for electrical needs.

Had James out for a week to work on our home after a lightning strike. Awesome experience from beginning to end, very friendly, professional, and thorough. It's hard to find good honest people these days and he far exceeded our expectations. This company is not cheap, but you get what you pay for. I understand why Mr Electric has such high reviews. It’s definitely on point. I called and talked to Kathleen. I told her my concerns about a possible issue with wiring that was keeping me awake every night that another electrician wasn’t getting back to me. She said that she would try to fit me in as early as possible but we booked a time anyway. She called me back not long after and said this afternoon opened up! She remembered me and got me in. She was so understanding and compassionate with her concern. James was able to drop by. He did an inspection and calmed my fears. He was so informative and knowledgeable that he really made me feel comfortable. He took the time to explain things in detail and made sure I didn’t have any more questions. I would 100% recommend Mr Electric. Both were phenomenal to deal with. Customer service was above and beyond and that’s so hard to find anymore. Thank you thank you!!!!
