5 x 10 stars for Mr.Rooter Plumbing of Amarillo. This last Friday, our water heater bit the dust. Within 30 minutes, their plumber, Trent, arrived and pronounced my water heater DOA. Trent showed up promptly at 9 am this morning and around noon he had us up and running. It was extremely fantastic to have a professional like Trent do the job. The cost was about what I expected and we’re good for at least 10 years with the warranty. Check it out! Thanks Y’all!!

Karter was my tech today. He was fantastic to deal with. He was friendly and knowledgeable and had very good communication skills. He had to get on my roof to clean my drain and it did not take long at all. After he finished, he explained to me options to cleaning the drain further by using water jetting to clear out the sludge build up. My drain is working great and I am very pleased. Thanks Karter and thanks Mr. Rooter.

Ricky and Garrett came out to help us troubleshoot a gas leak, and they were absolutely amazing! They are very professional, clean, and courteous. They took the time to clearly explain everything they were doing and made sure we understood each step of the process.
