Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Springfield

Have used this company multiple times since buying my home for different needs. They are always respectful and kind and they always answer their phone. They have deals online that the person who comes out can apply depending on what's being done. They try to make sure they get out the same day too and for us always have.

I was referred to two places. I checked prices at both places. One was $267 with $95 Diagnostics. It would come back off of the 267 if I chose to use them to get the pipe unplugged. I called Mr Rooter, and it was $95. No Diagnostics charge. Just do the work and getting it unplugged, flat $95. I was so happy! I am on a limited income, so I feel like Chris at Mr Rooter saved the day for me. He was personable and answered any questions I had and was patient with me. I will be calling them again if I need to. Thank you Mr Rooter!

I first contacted Mr. Rooter plumbing when I moved into my home seven years ago for a minor repair. Two years ago I had my furnace, as well as my water heater installed by the company, which was a complicated job because of the limited space in which both units are located. Another fully professional job, very technically knowledgeable and made an excellent recommendation on an energy-efficient unit that I was able to receive a tax credit as a result of the installation. This week, Luke replaced a water-softener, and older kitchen sink/faucet, as well as installing a whole-house water purification system. He repaired several leaks in the crawlspace caused by the incorrectly installed water softener, which was added after my home was built. In doing so, Luke took special care to match the copper plumbing lines originally in the home and extra time and care in locating a sink/faucet replacement from what I described. He takes professional pride in his work and has every reason to be. He works incredibly hard until the job is finished with the expertise required to insure that the new equipment integrated with my original plumbing system. I greatly appreciate all of the work he has done at my home.

Billy did a good job. I did have to call about a charge of a service for my residence. Tyrell was very helpful and explained the pricing and issued a refund for an over charge on my invoice. He explained they also guarantee their work. If the part malfunctions, they'll come back and repair it at no charge. I will definitely be using them in the future.

I reached out to three different plumbing companies and not one of them responded. When I called Mr. Rooter, a real person answered and scheduled my appointment later the same day. The technicians were knowledgeable and personable. Great customer service!

I just had my house serviced with a spigot replacement by Chris Hilburn. With his assistance, they completed the job quickly and demonstrated great knowledge. They also pointed out a few concerns I had about the plumbing in my house and took the time to explain everything to me. I definitely highly recommend their services!
