Music City Roofers installed our roof in May '22 -- we were pleased at the time. Now, we are much more than pleased. We are selling the house and the buyer's house inspector asked some questions about the roof. Kaitlyn and Alberto responded quickly and professionally, going above and beyond to help, even though the issues were not related to Music City Roofers' work. Warranty will transfer to buyers, and they explained how to ensure that happens seamlessly. Highly recommend.

I showed him all quotes, the unprofessional treatment etc. He was not leaving my house until HE made it right. No, I didn't hold him hostage lol, he knew by simply listening and offering his professional knowledge in the industry. Music City Roofers listened to all 3 of us in fact. He told them what had happened, we gave him the quotes that our insurance gave us. He not only got our new roof and gutters, but he went above and beyond and got us more money to fix our garage door with another highly professional company he recommend. We had money left over to do more cosmetics needs for our home as well. They strive to go above and beyond for their customers, ensuring that every aspect of the project is completed to the highest standard. They even color matched damage vinyl siding and fixed it with no charge. Don't get it twisted. They are not paying me for this review. I am upfront and honest with no BS. I like to the point conversation and results. I highly recommend them. I will never suggest another company but them. Call them with confidence.

If a genie could grant me three wishes I would use all three to erase my memory of my experience with Music City Roofers. Rarely do I write reviews but maybe this will save someone time- specifically the 21 months it took Music City Roofers to finish the job that they sent subcontractors to accomplish the deliverables that were promised in a much more reasonable timeframe. An 80ft tree fell and landed on the corner of our house. We were lucky, as you’ll see from the pictures, the only real bad luck was choosing such such an unprepared, unprofessional, and lazy roofing company to trust. After an initial assessment of the damage and a write up of the work to be done by a young underworked and overpaid salesman (who’s name I will refrain saying), he went dark like a rolling blackout and communicated as much a brick wall. Our roof sat with a tarp on it for months and was ignored like vegetables in the back of a refrigerator. The only constant communication was from their collection department, blissfully and conveniently unaware that the work had not been performed, with blinders only focused on the balance "owed". If the initial sales team was as motivated to do the job as the billing department was to collect, this would be a very different review. How can one owe another who has not fulfilled their end of the bargain? One cannot and one should not- until the work is done. So to Music City Roofers- when I received your request to complete a review, I was more than happy to oblige you with the truth that my wife and I experienced. Afterall, the least I could do is deliver the honesty that your business could not. If you were there as you promised you would be, it would not have come to such a scathing surprise as I’m sure it does in this moment. But that is not my problem nor my fault. Fulfill your obligations as a business and you would have avoided seeing this unpleasant patron use his pen. The workers came out twice…in 2 years.
