I recently switched from Anthony Plumbing to MVP, and the very first impression came when Jon and Justin came to our home for a service inspection and to discuss the different options for a tankless heater and water purifier system.  The service inspection was great, they were very knowledgeable and informative. we decided to move forward with install and they were great, they were throrough  on the install, nice and neat install and very clean and meticoulous about cleaning up after themselves, they proceeded to do one final inspection to ensure everything was working correctly and caught a couple slow leaking valves that we had, and got them tuned up. really appreciate the non pushy and just informative conversations we had and the great quality of work and respect from these two!

Let me be clear — this experience has been completely unacceptable. We brought in a team to investigate a venting issue. They returned with two estimates: one for $6,000 and another for approximately $8,000. My husband wasn’t home at the time, so I asked the technician, Chance from MVP, to wait and explain the details to both of us. During our discussion at the kitchen island, my husband asked Chance if the other two issues could be delayed a few years. Chance confidently said yes and recommended the $6,000 option, assuring us it would fully resolve the problem. We signed the contract based on that assurance. On installation day, they removed a vent stack — but the issue remained. Water from the washer backed up into the shower and toilet. MVP returned for a follow-up, only to hit us with a $50,000 "diagnostic dig". At this point, we started realizing things didn’t add up. They ran a line through our bathroom, broke the toilet paper holder off the wall, reinstalled it backwards, and left the concrete patching in a disgraceful state — telling us, and I quote: "That’s how it’s going to look — we’re not construction workers." After getting nowhere with management — who refused to accept responsibility or offer any meaningful resolution — we had to hire another company and pay an additional $8,000 to actually resolve the problem with a proper 10-ft dig. To be clear: • The original issue was never fixed. • Our bathroom was damaged. • Our dryer vent was ripped out and we had to repair it ourselves. • Our sink is now leaking. • We were forced to clean up the mess they left behind. When I pointed out that this behavior showed a complete lack of moral compass, the manager defensively insisted they did have one — but still refused to discuss reimbursing us for work that they admitted was not guaranteed to fix the problem. This has been an irresponsible, unprofessional, and costly ordeal. I am attaching photos to document everything.

From initial appt request to post-installation review was exceptionally fast and exceptionally good service. I have used MVP for several issues over the years and they have always been professional, fast, and efficient. Shane did my water heater replacement/installation and I could not have asked for better. My old unit was rusting out from a small overhead pipe leak. The new unit looks great, and the old pipes were replaced along with some rusted portions of the flue. I feel good about the work and know that MVP is there to assist with any future issues. Solid A+ from me.

We really appreciated our entire diagnostic and install team. We needed a totally new system and a new hot water tank. They worked super hard and cleaned up before they left; great experience! Rabah spotted problems at our regular checkup, he is a great communicator and got the process started. Antonio is a wonderful listener and communicator and made the selection process easy by explaining everything in non-technical terms. Caeden is a knowledgeable plumber and we will be asking for him in the future. Cody and Diego worked hard and knew their products, they made a great install team and Cody did a helpful walk-through for us at the end. The system works better than we anticipated. Finally, Maxwell saved the day: a few days after the install, I kept noticing an annoying sound. Maxwell came out quickly and had to really think and troubleshoot an issue that wasn’t easily found. Sure enough, he kept trying and finally found a minor issue causing the noise. Now the noise is gone and the system continues to run beautifully. We are having to turn the heat down lower than our previous system. Thanks MVP!

John Beth and his apprentice Keith came to my house after trying to do a self fix on a leaking stop valve on my bathroom sink. After I snapped the line I turned off the water main and decided to call the professionals. They came in and showed me where I went wrong and what to do and proceeded to fix the problem. He replaced the pipe replaced the stop valves and hooked up my sink. After it was all said and done he gave me recommendations on what he would do. ( I have an older house with c-pvc) 10/10 would highly recommend.

Shane the plumber at MVP repaired my piping and replaced several items that needed it in my furnace room involving my water tank! WOW what a fantastic job he did! So professional and detailed! Very impressed with Shane, his demeanor and expertise! It wasn’t cheap but you get what you pay for and he worked for hours and really did me right! Thank you I want to post another review but this site won’t let me so I am adding it to another review I have done! I had the electrician John yesterday do an inspection of my home and I was very pleased and impressed with his ability and work. I will Definitely be using John in the future for my electrical needs!
