Val was incredibly kind from the first message. He helped me figure out what was urgent, helped arrange the visit as soon as possible, and talked me through what they were going to do. During the work, he kept everything clear and honest, with no surprise charges. Val’s attitude made a huge difference. He was calm, caring, and very easy to talk to. I am genuinely grateful for his help.
