Tavon came out and did exterior and interior service today. He also gave me a lot of insight of the pest habits, diet, and more. He was quick, efficient, and friendly and reassured to explain to me in well detail of how some of the treatments worked and when my next possible treatment would be. I really appreciate having him come out today.

Tavon and Eli provided responsive and professional service. They let me know what to expect before they got started and listened to my families concerns. The services from My Pest Pros are working. I initially called them because of carpet beetles in my kitchen (of all places). I didn’t want them to spread to the carpet upstairs. Well, they are gone now after the initial treatment, but I’ve been noticing an small influx of spiders and as a result called My Pest Pros again to service my house as part of the seasonal service. The technicians are friendly and efficient. The first tech they sent out was John, then Neal, and today Antoyne. All were friendly and worked quickly. I appreciate the attention to detail with the placement and replacement of the bug boxes. I also have been getting spraying done outside too. Thank you!

Antoyne did an amazing job, was here bright & early yet still drowning in sweat from the heat, yet that didn’t deter him a bit from doing a thorough job & being wonderfully pleasant to speak with… he even noticed more ant infestations than I was tracking.
