Our office needed a custom cage for our air conditioner unit, and NCB Mechanical made the whole process easy and stress-free! Within two weeks, we had our quote, the cage built, and installed. Everyone we worked with was professional, friendly, and helpful—from Liz who scheduled our visits, to Jeff who provided the quote, and the two technicians who did the installation. Had a need to have the exterior hose bib replaced as it was leaking especially with colder temperatures coming. I was able to get get scheduled today. Matt and Ryan came by and were so polite and kind. They were able to get this addressed so we wouldn’t have to worry about it. Really great guys. I’ve used NCB before and Domonic came out, that time. I was very pleased with the work he did which is why I called them again.

Had a leak in my shower. Gabriel Soto and Javier were here to fix prompt and fast! They had all the supplies, took maybe 2 hours from the start estimate to finish. I use NCB Mechanical all the time from my swamp cooler to my heating and plumbing. They are always helpful and friendly extremely professional at all times. Plus they give us seniors a discount be sure to ask for yours !!

Through my own stupidity, I managed to destroy my furnace (I turned it on for the winter season and it ran for 30 minutes with the damper still in place) on a Tuesday and they came out Wednesday morning to install a new furnace. Throughout the process, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I called at roughly 8:30PM Tuesday evening and they called me back within 4 minutes. My appointment was scheduled between 10AM and 12PM for the next day, Wednesday. At 7:18AM, Cesar called and said some appointments had rescheduled and wanted to know if they could head over immediately. Wanting heat in my home ASAP, of course I emphatically said, "YES!" Cesar and Daniel showed up, dressed professionally for work, took a look at my furnace and sadly claimed it had seen it's last days. The damper not being removed during the initial operation melted wiring, the filter, and some of the insulation inside the unit. As much as I didn't want to be shelling out for the cost of a new furnace during the holidays, Cesar and Daniel advised it would be smartest to replace the unit rather than trying to repair things. Considering the furnace was a 30 years old, I agreed. Cesar went over the job with me, completed the quote in a timely manner and I gave the go ahead to start work. They worked through lunch, and by 1:30PM, I had heat and couldn't have been happier with the quality of work. I will be putting some of their business cards out in my lounge at work and have shared my experience with my neighborhood Facebook page. I can NOT recommend NCB enough.

Javier and Ryan provided me the best service I have received in years. Javier was knowledgeable, explained my repairs to me in a way I understood clearly. They fixed my gas pipe in no time. I knew when he came out to give an estimate that I could trust him to get my job done right. Thanks to Javier I have hot water and can use my appliances again. I will recommend to everyone I know.

I contacted NCB mechanical because my ac unit for my house went out and was not going to be repairable due to its age and no longer being manufactured. NCB was quick to respond to asses the problems. They offered great finance options that are super affordable and made the application process easy. Everything was handled over the phone with a real person who was extremely helpful. Once I agreed to what they had to offer I had a technician arrive at my house with the equipment within a few days to start working. It took two days for new AC unit and Furnance to be replaced. The technician who handled the install was great. He worked hard, didn’t waste anytime and was super helpful and explained everything he had done for me. The entire process from first phone call to sign the paperwork then the install took less then a week for me. The quality of work professional service was great! I highly recommend you consider this company if assistance is needed.
