BOTH Jordan and Brandon were Happy Easy Going and very Polite the entire time. Both worked Professionally, Efficiently, ( it was cold outside, they're in the garage ), Worked with Great safety in mind and Very Detailed Oriented. Any trash went directly into their coat pockets, not on the floor, Extremely Clean Work Area, no matter what they were working with, ( Gas Water Heater, gas lines, fittings not laying around ), Both men were Very Knowledgeable. The work and insulation of my New Water Heater Looks Fantastic. Much better Work, then what the Original builders Skill set was. Jordan is a Carpenter by Nature but an Apprentice to the Plumbing World. He's going to Journey Far in His Fields. Brandon was the Plumber, He answered Every question I could think of while watching them work. He suggested youtube for a better inside look of the heater itself so i could see the calcium buildup over the years and why yearly flushouts save you money. They are the quickest to respond plumbing company I've ever used. Over the past 9 years we have had them to detect and repair leaks, install kitchen and bathroom faucets and new toilets all at our rental home and at our own home in 2016 they rescued us from what could've been catastrophic damage. A major water line was ruptured by a handy man digging up a tree trunk. At 8pm no extra charge for the emergency and got the sand that flowed into all our pipes out and got us water that night in the dark using flashlights outside! They had a bobcat out there the next morning pulling the rest of the enormous tree trunk out. All for a very reasonable price. Last year they replaced our hot water heater and recently repaired a toilet. As we've gotten older we appreciate the way they just take over. It's a seamless process from start to finish. We had Jim and Lee out to replace our outdated and severely corroded 1950s electrical service with a brand new 400 amp service. They completed the work quickly and perfectly accommodated our requests for how we desired the new electrical install to come about. We could not be happier with the result. It was very clear during the initial estimate we received from Jim that he is a highly experienced and skilled electrician, and him and Lee both proved it even more by swiftly and flawlessly completing a job that would have proved very difficult for an unqualified electrician. Both are honest guys who take pride in their work and who treated us and our home with utmost respect. They handled all the permitting and inspections and even disposed of all the old electrical boxes/equipment so we didn’t have to deal with any of that. Perfect example of good service done right that made the entire process so easy for us! 10/10 top notch service and HIGHLY recommend for any residential electrical needs.

It’s difficult to find a contractor, electrician, carpenter, etc., that you can trust and one that will do the job professionally at a reasonable price . Look no further, these guys are legit! Hired to install a ceiling fan along with running wire and installing a box that could handle the weight. Initially, I was considering running conduit versus going through the extra work of removing ceiling boards and finish trim. (Covered porch area). Leigh, the electrician, recommended pulling one panel down and running the wiring inside. Of course, this was the right way to go, much better aesthetically; a professional finish. Along with Jim and Jeremy, the NC WatetHeaters crew had it installed in no time. Better yet, they are a "start to finish" company; electrical, drywall and painting, in my case. Jason was professional, very communicative, and knew exactly what to do. I had multiple estimates done from different companies because the first person to inspect the water heater provided wrong information, stated that they would be leaving holes in my wall (for me to resolve), and an electrician would be needed. Then Jason from NCWaterHeaters did an inspection, provided me with the next steps, an estimate, and was able to schedule an appointment within two days! He installed the water heater within 2 hours, showed me how to make changes, and I finally had hot water again.

Amazing! Gas hot water heater died. From call to install was 4 hours! Greg had great workmanship and was very knowledgeable. Jenny was awesome and prompt at setting up the visit. All-around a great team. Would highly recommend them and I will use them again for sure.
