They communicated well and regularly about the process, scheduling, changes to my bid etc. And knowing they stand behind their work was such a relief and a testament to the fine job they did - not only replacing what I needed but also bringing up things to code. In addition, their estimations are very accurate, and my home insurance accepted without any further questions. Although I received an amended billing statement after project was completed, my home insurance accepted, and I handed over the check insurance sent it to me. They arrived ahead of schedule, worked quickly and thoroughly, and everything looks clean and professional. No leaks, everything sealed up tight, and the turbines are already making a difference.
