Had a water line break in my kitchen. Neptune worked hand in hand with the plumber to coordinate a timely repair, and then did a thorough cleaning. Steve was absolutely phenomenal in helping to educate me about the insurance claim process. He went above and beyond to make sure I was prepared for what was/is to come. Recently, we had a problem with our upstairs bathroom. The tub was leaking. I called in my plumber to take a look. He recommended Neptune Restoration. I gave them a call and spoke to Steve. He lined me up for the next day. Brian came out and looked at our problem. He explained to us what needed to be done. They started their migration 2 days later. Neptune Restoration provided mold remediation services to our home due to water damage from a tropical storm. During this time, we had to navigate policies and coverage limitations with our insurance company. Although stressful, Neptune Restoration made the experience as positive as possible for our family while we managed headaches with insurance. Neptune Restoration thoroughly cleaned and mitigated the mold damage in our home, keeping us apprised of the status and communicating often. During this experience, we were displaced from our home to allow for effective cleaning. The staff at Neptune demonstrated great care and concern for our property while we were away, taking additional measures to protect our daughter's trampoline during a storm. They didn't have to do this yet we are so grateful for their kindness and professionalism during such a difficult and stressful time for our family. What a great company. I had a leak in my ceiling, and once the plumbing issue was fixed, the plumbers recommended that I call Neptune Restoration to see if I had issues with mold. I called them and the gentleman I spoke to said he could probably have somebody out there within the hour. I hung up the phone and about five minutes later I had a knock on the door. Darin from Neptune Restoration was there to look at the damage. He said it wasn’t anything they could work on because it was just a drywall issue and I could get a contractor to do it. I was very relieved that it wasn’t a big deal. Then he told me he would cover it for me until I found a contractor. Not only did he cover it, he sprayed it, wiped it down, and then covered it with plastic. What a wonderful experience and so unexpected. This was an OVER THE TOP excellent service experience.
