This is a fantastic company. I had severe damage to my house requiring lots of contractors including having to put all my things in storage. Everyone I dealt with was so wonderful at getting done every thing I needed. The professionalism was incredible I was so blessed by all of them getting my house restored. I would recommend them to anyone. It saved me so much time and money thank you all for having such a great company that anyone could rely on for everting A to Z. Made my experience with this disaster go so smoothly.

We requested an estimate for some water damage we thought we had in our attic space. Jake came the same day I called for an appointment! And, he said we don’t have anything up there that needs attention. When is the last time you had someone come and not try to sell you something?! We appreciate his timely assessment and friendly professionalism.

His interaction with insurance was clear, fair and prompt. As the extent of the damage was revealed, Nate and Alfredo were great at updates and cleaned up after every work day immaculately. Mike and crew were great with updates on moisture levels and managing equipment. A super professional and communicative company with pride in work and attention to detail. This company had excellent communication regarding the entire process. The response time was outstanding. From the time we called it was less than 48 hours to have the water damage in our crawlspace resolved. The team that set up the job and the team that arrived were kind, responsive, and efficient. When I found a bad water leak under my house, I called the plumber, and he fixed it, but damage had been done to the surrounding area. Contacted Nevada Water & Fire Restoration and they got back to me within a few hours. It was Friday night, and they called me about 7:00 p.m. They set an appointment for Monday morning and came it and fixed the damage right away. Then left a large fan running to dry the area. I was pleased with the quick response and highly recommend them to anyone with a water/fire damage emergency.
