New Method Restoration

I had water damage in my master bedroom that went thru my office living room kitchen and basement 30 minutes after making the call two guys of the team showed up to install some commercial humidifier. The next day Saturday the dream team showed up Henry Jilo Joni and Victor. They were superb very professional and very thorough I would definitely recommend this company and these guys.

New method was awesome! Kevin was super helpful at the assessment, and John Henry and mario both did an excellent job at getting rid of the unwanted debris and mold. Had shoe coverings, left it tidy and were all extremely nice to work with! Highly recommend this company Thanks

From start to finish it was a great experience. Unfortunately I have had to use another company in the past and they were in and out in 20 minutes. New Method took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions and they really took there time to nake sure everything was cleaned up and good to go before they left. The crew the sent out was amazing. Thanks to Mark, Devin, Kilo, Ludwin and also Kevin who helped me set up my claim for home owners insurance. Its been a great experience.

My plumber recommended using New Method to remove cabinets and a ceiling to find a leak. Kevin was here within a couple of hours to assess and had a team here the same day. Bryan Vargas and his team had to come multiple times due to ongoing leak damage and each time was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. This was a nightmare situation for me but everyone from Jacqueline, to Kevin, to Bryan, and then Nick the adjuster were a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend their services.

They answered all our questions and cleaned up and left our house extremely clean and neat!!
