This electrician lost a great customer. I had used them twice before, and was impressed with their prompt service and quality work. I always paid the invoice within a day of receiving. I booked another appointment with them to complete another project. The time range they were to arrive in came and gone. I needed to be to another appointment so both called and texted them, to see if they were on their way. No response to my voicemail or text. That was several weeks ago, and I have yet to hear from them. What a terrible way to treat any customer, especially a repeat customer. I would have given them the benefit of the doubt if they got back to me and provided a reason and apology. To totally not respond back at all is a terrible way to run a business.

I will never use this business again for electrical work in my home. To summarize my overall impressions from working with this business: 1) They blatantly disregard customer satisfaction and do not value customer time 2) They have demonstrated absolutely abysmal communication skills over multiple contacts over several weeks 3) They should not be considered even remotely reliable to complete any job in a timely fashion For some more detail on my experience: I scheduled an appointment, made accommodations to take the day afternoon off from work to be at my home, and then no technician ever arrived at my home. I called asking for an update, acknowledging that sometimes people are running late from a job earlier in the day, and was told by the office staff that I would be called back with an update. No phone call was ever received despite multiple calls or messages. Eventually (at 8PM) an office staff person called me back, was apologetic, and we rescheduled the appointment for another morning a week later (less likely to be running late for a morning appointment time) and I again had to rearrange my work calendar. It is now 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, and no electrician has arrived at my home. When calling asking for an update, I was told to wait and that they were on their way (that was 20 minutes ago). What an absolute joke of a business - I would never recommend using this company to anyone.

After reading the reviews, I felt really confident in booking with N&N. They cancelled and rescheduled my appointment twice (both by text), the second time just shortly before they were due to arrive. I'd taken time off work to get this done, so I called to talk to them...and called and called and called. Just got put on hold repeatedly. Awful customer service! The absolute least they could do is call to speak with a customer when they're cancelling an appointment, especially when it's just an hour before they are to arrive. VERY unprofessional - I'm going elsewhere.

Scheduled job online, talked to Nate, and received a confirmation email with an arrival time. N&N No showed on the job. I understand jobs stack up and go long, but after 2 hours I reached out to ask for an ETA. No clue so they were going to look into where their tech was. Waited another 30 minutes, and I never heard back from Nate. Abysmal service and shows a lack of respect for the customer's time. I should invoice N&N for my time.

Very disappointed with this company. I contacted them for several ceiling fan installations, I was given a time at first of a 7:30 -8-30 technician arrival time. I then received a text message and an email at 3:40 AM on the day they were to start work that the technician would arrive between 8:30 -10:30, waited until 11:15 to call and text their office. First reply from them was, he should be there, I will check and get back to you. Waited another hour no reply. I text and attempted to call again with no response or reply, finally at 2:40 that afternoon received a text that they would have to reschedule for the following week. Zero explanation as to why as well as no consideration of my time.

I sure didn't want to climb though the attic on this project, but N&N was great. They re-routed our bathroom vent correctly through our roof and not through our sofit, fixing the condensation problem we were having in the adjacent bedroom. Service was quick, convenient, and the repair men were very responsible, closing the gate behind our dog, and cleaning up when they were done. Highly recommend. Will use again.

Left us a message on our answering machine every day we didn't pay the invoice, starting the day after they installed it. They did a lack luster job in the first place, it's only been a day, don't spam us. I hope they enjoyed all the calls they made to us because we certainly won't be making any to them anymore.
