The tech was at my home for 5 minutes. He re-lit the pilot on the "first try" as he wrote in his invoice. Yet I was charged for a full hour of service. He did come same day but at a premium price. It was so simple I should have been charged less for such a quick and easy fix. I felt the tech agreed but had to charge what the owner said. I will not recommend this company to anyone for price gouging.

Noel has been easy to contact. He responded quickly to my requests for assistance. In the many times that he has provided service, only once was there a minor problem--a drip--after installing a new fixture. He immediately sent another person to my house to correct the situation, which he did and the issue was quickly resolved. I have full confidence in Noel.

Noel I would recommend to anybody. They're so personable and agreeable to work with. They responded quickly and explained exactly what was going on what needed to be done and gave a very fair price I didn't send this somewhere

Have been using Noel for all plumbing needs since I bought this house (water heater, gas line and etc.) Always easy to contact and his people know how to do the job promptly and correctly.

Replaced & increased gas line to my generator. Came out one day and gave me a great price, came out the next day and did the job. Professional and courteous.

Noel is very hands on, and his team represents the company with thorough job completion from start to finish…..Eric, who installed our soft-water unit was a terrific example of the above comments…..

Noel and his team were great from start to finish. Got out to diagnose my water heater issue in just a few hours after calling. Noel came to my house personally to walk me through the problem and the steps to correct it. Great price and great quality.
