Jon was prompt in getting me an estimate to replace our aging wood garage door and helped me understand the differences between the types of doors that would fit our space. He was patient in answering questions (I had a lot) and gave me a complete, guaranteed price. On the day of install, Chris and Kendrick arrived on time, were polite, efficient and careful in getting the old door out and the new one installed. They made sure it was working (and looking) to my satisfaction before leaving and did a great job cleaning up! I called Nofziger 2 years ago as a second opinion to a quote I'd received for a "complete door and opener replacement". They showed up same day and explained the door didn't need replaced but our contractor grade opener (which was 10 years old at the time) was cooked ad the springs need replaced. They fixed the issue at less then half the price and did it the same day. Fast forward to last night when our door went out of alignment and wouldn't close. I called at 8 this morning and was told someone would be out between 1-3 this afternoon. Surprise, they called and said they would be here earlier then expected which posed a problem because both my wife and I were away on appointments. Gregg handled the job with no one here, reset the cables, reprogrammed the opener, and lubed the door and opener, all without a credit card for the work or with us knowing how much the total would be. Once complete I received a text message asking me to call the office so they could complete the transaction. To my pleasant surprise they charged for the service call, and only 20 minutes of labor, well below my imagined (probably exaggerated estimate) for the job. My point is, with no one here to supervise the work or time on site, their price was fair and the service report they left was detailed. To find, and work with a company that has that type of scruples left me again beyond satisfied with the way they do business and treat their customers. Long story short, this is a company that can be trusted not to inflate a service bill with no one to check their work or demand payment prior to showing up. Keep up the good work and I'd recommend them to anyone.
