Nogi Electric

I am so disappointed to leave this review as I used to refer to this company. Nogi ghosted me after starting my project. For some reason, they won't come back to complete it. They haven't returned my (5) calls after being a client since 2018 at multiple homes and offices. The pendants they hung are all at different heights, and they forgot to add the dimmer. I've been forced to source another company and start over. Incredibly disappointed that I trusted this company for so many years!

This company ran a contest and awarded my son in law (navy veteran and teacher) class and daughter (with a new baby) with a promise of installing a new electric panel on their newly purchased 65 year old Phoenix home. Nogi went radio silent after reviewing the project and providing a plan . They appear to still be in business. Can't speak about the quality of their work, but I can speak about their poor communication and follow through.

I called Nogi Electric for an estimate to have some flood lights installed outside my house. Raul is so awesome, down to earth, and is just the type of person you want to do business with! It just so happens that I was trying to install a ceiling fan with my girlfriend that day, key word "trying" I got stuck at the mounting part of the job and not only did he totally walk us through what to do, but he also helped out when he didnt even have too!!! Who does that nowadays without charging?! His story is awesome too, he is living the American dream of working hard and owning your own business. I'm a customer for life!

Fabulous company. The owner is amazing and so are the workers he sent. Extremely knowledgeable and stellar customer service. They definitely exceeded my expectations. Love my new fan and electric install in my home office.

Raul was Sooo helpful. I spent a week trying to figure out why my outlets in the bathroom quit working and Raul knew exactly what the issue was after a short diagnostic test. Fixed it in 10 minutes. I had a lot of questions for him regarding other projects I wanted to complete around the house as well and he was so informative and knowledgable about many systems other than just electrical. He's been doing it since he was in high school and is a true professional and master of his craft. Don't bother calling anyone else.

I can’t express enough how fantastic Nogi Electric is. Reasonable pricing, always responsive and on time. They have done a lot of work in my house from Can lighting, new outlets, switches, panel fixes.. you name it these guys and gals are top notch.

Efficient, friendly, professional and helpful. They even taught me about some other electrical features of my new house! Awesome customer service!
