My wife and I were referred to Nunez Construction through a friend who was very satisfied with Nunez’s work. We did a complete bathroom renovation, painting, new pantry, appliance install, and a backyard fence. The team was efficient and professional, showing up on time every day, respecting our home, and performing quality work. We made adjustments to the scope of our work as the project unfolded and Nunez had no problem adapting to deliver the product we were looking for. Nunez is true to his word, his prices are fair, and his communication is excellent. We will not hesitate to use him again in the future and will recommend to any friends.

My husband found Nunez Construction online, and he came to our apartment. We were supposed to paint our bedroom, but he advised us to fix the bathroom instead. We painted the bathroom, which was in pretty bad shape, and our bedroom first. His team did a fantastic job with it, so we painted the whole house. His team is excellent; they did such a precise job. We will work with them next year for the kitchen.

I hired Nunez Construction to remodel a 1 bedroom rental unit. The previous tenant was there for 20+ years and the place was dated and dirty. Efren (the owner) met me at the apartment and we talked through what needed to be done and he also had a few great suggestions. A few days later, I had a contract emailed to me detailing all the work (that was Wednesday night). By Friday morning, his guys were at the apartment starting to work. The whole job took 2 weeks to complete (exactly how long Efren told me it would take). As you can see from the before and after photos - it looks like a totally different place. Efren was easy to communicate with, always responded promptly and got the job done well and on time. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have work done on their place.

Nunez has completed four projects for me. He is my go to guy for any job! His crew does an excellent job! They built a ramp for my aging dog in two days! It was a speedy, quality and reasonably priced project. It's wheelchair accessible which is very important for when I sell my home. They cleaned up and left the area spotless after the job.

Highly recommend Nunez Construction! Just redid shower floor and new shower door. They did excellent and fast work. Owner goes out of his way to accommodate. Very professional. Am doing additional work as a result.

What of waste of my time, First didn't show up when he was supposed to, then said he was outside, and said I would be right down, I went downstairs, and there was a white pickup with lumber, who drove away. I asked if it was him, but he never answered back, HORRIBLE COMPANY! Update: i was downstairs in 3 minutes. i used voice to say be right down and it came out as bed. He waited less that 2 minutes. Horrible company. Do not believe his lies in his reply

I hired Nunez Construction and Painting for a remodel of my bathroom in late last month. I was very impressed with the suggestions Nunez came up with for my renovation. Very competitively priced. Anytime I had any questions, Nunez was always available to provide necessary answers. During the renovation Nunez Construction and Painting's crew was always on time and did an excellent job cleaning up. We were very happy with the final product and wouldn't hesitate to hire Nunez Construction and Painting again for future projects.
